Despite everything that had happened, it really did seem like everything was fine.

Once Clara was realised from hospital, Alesandro suggested that they come back and stay at the family home knowing Damon would only throw himself into finding the person and killing them or  become overprotective and have her on bed rest again.

And Sienna spent most nights at Alesandros home. They were keeping their relationship a secret, Sienna didn't want other staff members to talk about her behind her back or think badly of her, like she only got the job because she was with Alesandro .

So the day of Clara's release, Damon had spent it focused on Clara.

He would look for whoever it was and kill them but he knew that the CCTV probably picked them up so he wasn't in any rush. His focus was his family for now.

Clara insisted she was okay but Damon wanted her to take it easy so they were watching TV, Sienna had gone to work and Alesandro hadn't bern home long so he was just sorting a few stuff out.

Clara felt a little anxious when Dante and Emilia came in from school, both of them were arguing with each other, Matteo trailed along behind.

"Should you stop them" Clara asked refering to the arguing.

"No it's fine. They'll only continue later" Damon replied, he was completely used to their arguements.

The three had come into the living room to see who was in there. Damon noticed how Matteo was quiet which wasn't usual.

Of course they continued bickering but quietly.

"I was just sorting a few things out when I heard arguing. You better have a good reason. Both of you" Alesandro appeared. He didn't look happy.

This was why she was worried when they argued.

Her parents didn't like her arguing.

They were never physically abusive but emotional yes. She just never realised it until recently when everything caught up to her.

Both started speaking over each other.

"Enough. You're acting like little kids right now so unless you want to be treated like one then you should start talking" Alesandro replied.

After they both told their side to the story, both were grounded until they stopped arguing. It was quite common for them these days, it was never anything serious but it was enough to make Alesandro sick of hearing the petty things.

Later that evening, Damon left Clara to watch a Disney film with Emilia and wandered off to see why Matteo was so quiet.

"Is everything okay Matteo" Damon asked after knocking and being allowed in.

"Everything is fine Damon. I've got homework " Matteo stated rather coldly.

"You're still my little brother. It's my duty to annoy you a little " Damon decided not to directly confront the problem.

"Just leave Damon" Matteo replied not in the mood to listen to Damon.

"Matt please if something is bothering you, I'm always here"

"Nothing is wrong " he insisted

"Ok well I'm about to head to the shop, do you want to come with me" he offered
Damon had decided he would get Clara a few things and he also wanted to make sure he spent time with Matteo.

"I don't want to go" Matteo replied.

"Oh come on. Are you embarrassed to be seen with me now? We can even get milkshakes for old times sake?" Damon replied.
