So this chapter takes place at the same time as a bit of the last chapter. Meaning it's the same day as the part where they're at school from last chapter
Whilst Sophia is breaking up with Daniel and Dante is being protective, and Matteo and Antonio beating up Daniel.Damon walked into the mansion looking like the devil himself. He wore all black, black dress pants and a black shirt, his sleeves rolled up so you could see the tattoos on his arms, his hair neatly styled. He looked deadly yet professional.
Callum was the first to approach him as always. Nobody apart from his family dared approach him until they took in what mood he was in."Do you ever take a day off in tired of seeing your face" Damon said as he was handed a file.
"Really? No one ever gets tired of seeing my amazing face. Must just be a you problem " Callum acted offended.
"If that's what you want to tell yourself " Damon dismissed the comment.
"Well it's not my fault everyone is too scared to approach you with all your mood swings. Anyway Clara and I looked into the gang and it turns out they are coming over trying to expand. They won't get that far as they are only small but after a risk analysis, Mason deemed them to have the potential to create quite alot of trouble"
"So we use the traitor to catch them" Damon said.
"It's not like she's an actual traitor "
"Tell me Callum would you go to them and give them all the secrets about the Mafia" Damon questioned.
"No of course not. I am loyal to you. I just meant that you get information out of anyone you want. She had no chance against you" he explained.
Damon rolled his eyes. She was still a traitor. He made sure anyone in the Mafia would die before giving away secrets. That's just how it worked.
"Anyway as requested she has a guard with her at all times since we don't want her double crossing" he said.
"Good. She should be thanking mason. I wanted to throw her in the cells" he muttered.
Yesterday Mason had convinced him to give her a bedroom rather than a cell. She had someone outside the door though so she couldn't steal any information.
"Take a day of Callum" Damon finally said.
Callum worked most days but he often threw himself into work when something was going on. So he was pretty invested in work at the moment.
"How about we compromise and we can go get drinks tonight. There's this really hot server at one of your clubs, I'm getting somewhere with her I think but perhaps you could be my wingman" he suggested.
Damon rolled his eyes "fine" he said.
Callum smiled and with that he went off to do his own work leaving Damon to finish reading the file.
Damon didn't like Callum working so much but if drinking was the only way to make sure he doesn't become work obsessed then so be it. He had bigger concerns than hooking up with a woman in one of his clubs.
Callum was very much like a brother, neither of them acknowledged it but everyone could see it. They could see that Damon treated Callum and Mason very similar.
Everyone who worked for Damon feared him at times but they respected him greatly. They never betrayed him due to that respect.
He could be deadly and cruel, he could pull a gun out and shoot anyone of them right now. He was unpredictable, maybe a little unstable at times.
But Damon never killed without a reason, whether it was a silly mistake or disobeying him.
As long as you stayed on his good side, he wouldn't harm you.
