I knock on Makayla's door amongst the chaos of men joking around together. Behind the door, I hear shuffling, so I know that Makayla is inside.

"Who is it?" I hear amongst the noise.

"Jules. Can I come in?"

I hear the doorknob click and I turn it, walking in. As I walk in, I notice Makayla hiding something beneath her bed. It looked like some sort of paper.

"Uh–How's your year going?" I ask awkwardly.

"What do you want, Jules?"

"My brother needs to learn muggle math for some reason. And... Since you know how to do it..."

"No."

"Why not?"

"Because I'm not helping that Gryffindor."

"That's fair, I guess."

"I was already forced to help the Hufflepuff earlier today, so I'm not helping anyone else."

"Well, I'm glad we got that sorted out, I guess," I turn and leave, not bothering to shut the door because I can see her leaving her room as well in the corner of my eye behind me.

"Makayla!" I hear Draco shout, in a scowling tone. She turns to him, completely unbothered. "Where have you been?"

"In my room, is that illegal now or something?"

"It is when you were supposed to show me where the common room is!"

Makayla and I both burst into laughter.

"Draco, do you actually think that it's her job to walk you around the castle on a leash?" I ask him, out of breath from laughing.

"Yes!"

"I'm not a Head-Girl, so therefore, your whereabouts are something I have no care for," Makayla says, then starts laughing again."

"But–You're my sister!"

"Sister or not, I have classes I need to get to as well, so use a map."

"But–I–Ugh!" He stammers, then storms off.

Makayla and I look at each other and then burst into laughter again. That's when we notice Louis is still in the room.

"You know that it's past your bedtime, correct, Lupin?"

"That's none of your concern, Lestrange. As you are out of bed as well."

Makayla makes an 'Oooh' sound as if he has a point. I elbow her in the arm. "Ow!"

"Listen, I don't care if you guys dislike me or anything, but stop with the chaos for a year, please? The Professors were already annoyed with us enough last year."

"Whatever," I say, walking back to my room and slamming the door.
