Lorelei's POV:
When I wake up, Freya and Elijah explain to me what happened. I have no memory of Kira taking over my mind and I'm not too excited about the idea that she might do it again. We still don't know why she blew the house up. It didn't make any sense.
It's been two weeks and nothing.
No warnings or messages or threats.
We've all started to relax which seems a bit wrong considering we have a crazy witch out there we can't seem to find but it doesn't seem like there's anything else we can do right now.
I'm sitting in my bed staring at the painting Nik drew for me. The one with the mountains overlooking a rushing creek. It's my favorite.
Then everything goes blank.
Klaus's POV:
I'm walking through the house on my way to check on Hope who was put down for a nap when I spot a figure in the shadows up on the balcony.
It's Lorelei.
"Love what are you doing up there?" I ask
There's no response.
I move closer when suddenly she jumps down and moves towards me. Her eyes are pure white and I stare in horror as she starts to speak in a voice I don't recognize.
"Those who killed my sister will pay with their own blood." She says
Lorelei's eyes return to normal and I speed over as she collapses. I hold her in my arms on the floor, her head on my arm as I cradle her.
"What happened?" She asks groggily
"Kira." I say angrily "Are you okay?"
"No. How are we supposed to feel safe if she can control me at any time without me having any memory of it?" She asks
"I don't know love." I say
Two hours later Freya walks into the bedroom. I Lorelei is laying on the bed, compelled by me to sleep. I'm just hoping that the compulsion will keep this witchy mind business at bay.
"I need her blood." Freya says
"For what?"
"I'm going to try and trace the magic that Kira used. It's a long shot but it's all we have to go off of right now." Freya says
Freya uses a needle to extract some of Lorelei's blood and places it into a vial then leaves.
