Klaus's POV:
We all sit down together for a celebratory meal after taking down Kira and bringing Hope home safe. Lorelei has woken up from the compulsion and has gone out to hunt. Once she returns, I say a toast.
"Tonight is a night for celebration. Kira is now dead and Hope has returned safely. We fought and won and we did it together. I couldn't ask to have anyone else by my side. Thank you." I say
As I stare at my family and my girlfriend, I wonder what our future will hold. We've gone through so much in our own lives and together. Our relationship is new and that means I could easily be tarnished if pushed in the wrong direction. I just hope that whatever comes our way, we can all handle it as we've always done.
