S3 chapter 1: A date to remember

At the park Kai the firedragon is with his friends Jake the wolf and Henry the Basset hound as they are talking about their day.

Kai: So Jake how's your day with your foster family?

Jake: It's good although my dads are still very protective over me, Clyde, and Carol but me and Carol know they care about us.

Kai:(chuckle) Yeah... hey guys can I ask you something?

Henry: Sure what is it?

Kai soon started to blush a little.

Kai:(blush) W-well I think I want to ask Lilac out on a date.

Jake smirked at this.

Jake:(teasing smirk) Ohhh... looks like someone's gonna have a very good time.

Kai: (blushing) S-shut it Jake! Look can you guys help me out in finding a suit?

Henry: Sure I'll see if Ronnie Anne, Lincoln and Clyde including Bobby can help with finding a suit.

Meanwhile at the loud house...

Lilac is talking to Kai's foster mother Lori.

Lori:(teasing smirk) Soo... Lilac are you and Kai going on a date?

Lilac blushed brightly at the mention of that.

Lilac: (blushing) W-what do you mean?

Lori: (smirk) Well you and Kai are always together plus I know that you like him.

Lilac was blushing even more now

Lilac: (blushing) W-we're just very good friends is all.

Carol: (smirk) mhmm sure.

Kai and the others walked in the house.

Kai: Hey Lilac can I talk to you for a minute?

Lilac: Oh sure.

Both Lilac and Kai walked outside to talk.

Lincoln: I have a feeling that they'll have fun on their date.

Lori: Me too little brother me too.

Lilac: So what did you want to talk about?

Kai was nervous this was his first time asking her out on a date.

Kai: (blushing) W-well I was wondering if you wanted to g-go on a date with me?

Lilac soon started blushing like crazy again when Kai asked her out on a date.

Lilac:(blushing) S-sure... see you tonight?

Kai: Y-yeah tonight.

Lori soon squealed excitedly for her foster son and his soon to be girlfriend going on their first date.

Nighttime...

Kai is getting ready for his date with Lilac.

Kai: Ok ok I can do this I can do this.

Jake: Relax dude you can do this just be your self.

Bobby: He's right son just have fun alright?

Kai smiled at the support.

Kai:(smile) You guys are right wish me luck.

Kai and Lilac arrived at restaurant as they were eating and having a conversation.

After that they went to the park at night and gazed at the stars.

Kai:(smile) As always the stars are still beautiful at night.

Lilac:(smile) Yeah.

The two soon held hands and they both blushed.

Kai: Lilac I have something to tell you.

Lilac: What is it?

Kai took a deep breath.

Kai: Well ever since we met I've been having feelings about you. You're kind, sweet, and beautiful. What I'm trying to say is I-I love you Lilac I really do.

Lilac had tears of joy coming down her face as she hugged him and he hugged her back

Lilac: I love you too Kai.

Kai was surprised that she also loved him too. The two soon kissed passionately under the moonlight.

Kai:(smile) Guess that means we're a couple huh?

Lilac giggled.

Lilac:(smile) mhmm Yes it does. Come on race you home babe!

Kai and Lilac soon raced for home to tell the news to the others.
