(scene opens to Barkingburg where Mason arrives with the genie pups Mirage & Melody and the dragon Pups Mana & Rune)
Princess of Barkingburg: (happily) Welcome back you guys!
Mason: (bows) we're honored to be invited!
Princess of Barkingburg: Did you bring that amulet that was found?
Mason: (reveals the magic pup transformation/fusion amulet) To be honest, after it was done in Adventure Bay my elemental brawler friends figured out how to duplicate it and its powers!
Princess of Barkingburg: Ooh! So there are more like them?
Mason: (nods) But all are in a safe place!
Princess of Barkingburg: (nods) Good idea!
Sweetie: (walks over) What's going on? (notice the amulet) Ooh! Shiny!
Mason: I guess there's no harm in letting you try it and the magic, but no causing trouble!
Sweetie: (surprised) Oh! I didn't expect you to let me try it!
Mason: (puts it near Sweetie and magically attaches like it's held by a string)
Sweetie: Ooh!
Rune: (walks over and touches Sweetie with her tail)
Sweetie: What was that for? (her body magically sprouts dragon pup parts) (surprised) Whoa!
Princess of Barkingburg: Amazing!
Mason: Just so you know take it off it'll reset and you'll be normal!
Sweetie: (nods) Okay!
Sound: (splash)
Everyone: (surprised) What was that?
(a red female pup with feather and wings climbs out of the moat)
Red Pup: (spits out water) Could've had a softer landing!
Princess of Barkingburg: My word! Who or what are you?
Red Pup: (notices) Oh! Hello! I'm Dazzle the Phoenix Pup!
Others: Phoenix pup?
Dazzle: (nods) Yep! But I'm the last of my kind!
Mana: How sad!
Dazzle: (sighs) But I did receive this! (summons a special scroll) Good thing this was enchanted to be fireproof!
Sweetie: (confused) What is a Phoenix pup?
Dazzle: Just a pup with fiery power, flight, healing tears, teleportation, etc.!
Princess of Barkingburg: What happened?
Dazzle: Just did a dive and landed in the moat! I'm just glad us phoenix pups don't burn anything we touch like normal phoenixes!
Princess of Barkingburg: (surprised) Wait, they're real!?
Dazzle: Not in this world, at least!
Princess of Barkingburg: Oh okay!
Mason: (holding scroll) So a phoenix pup creation recipe?
Dazzle: (nods) I noticed the collection of scrolls you and others have found so I thought maybe it'll be safe with the rest!
Mason: (nods)
Princess of Barkingburg: Would you like to come in, Dazzle?
Dazzle: Pardon me! (body transforms into a golden retriever) Much better!
Others: Whoa!
Dazzle: Just a way of getting around peacefully without anyone trying to catch me!
Sound: (dragon roar)
