(scene opens to Mayor Humdinger's hideout where he comes outside with the Ruff-Ruff Pack in a big net)
Mayor Humdinger: (mocking) Haha! I've got you pesky biker mutts!|
Gasket: (annoyed) (to Hubcap) Take over his hide to you said, nothing bad could happen you said! (grunts)
Hubcap: (annoyed) How was I supposed to know he had a big fishing net, hiding outside?
Dwayne: Oh dear, this isn't good!
Mayor Humdinger: At least this time I won't get in trouble this time, since I dealt with you three naughty bikers!
Gasket: At least we know a lawyer!
Dwayne: (surprised) We do?
Gasket: (annoyed) How did you forget about Sandy?
Dwayne: (embarrassed) Oh, right! I forgot again!
Hubcap: Let us outta here buster!
Mayor Humdinger: It's Mayor Humdinger you mutts!
Sound: (thunder)
Mayor Humdinger: (surprised) (looks up) How could there be thunder?
(lightning strikes a rock several yards away and a Lightning the ifrit pup appears on top of it)
Mayor Humdinger: (startled) Gah! Where'd you come from!?
Gasket: Talk about a good entrance!
Lightning: Aww, thanks sweetie!
Mayor Humdinger: Move aside mutt!
Lightning: Who are you calling a mutt! I'm an ifrit pup!
Mayor Humdinger: Move it you ifrit mutt!
Lightning: (growls)
Hubcap: (concerned) Cover your eyes!
Gasket Sounds good!
Dwyane: Same!
(all three close their eyes)
Lightning: Glad there's more than lightning to a storm! (exhales a tornado that sucks in just Mayor Humdinger)
Mayor Humdinger: (being spun away in a small tornado) This is very dizzy?
(the net lands on the ground)
Ruff-Ruff Pack: Oof! (uncovers their eyes)
Gasket: We're okay?
Lightning: (bows) Your welcome!
Gasket: Thanks... Um?
Lightning: (giggles) I'm Lightning!
Dwayne: We've never seen you before!
Lightning: I'm new to this world, the rest of my group took a kind offer but I'd rather do some more looking!
Gasket: (realizes) You're a naturally made ifrit pup!
Lightning: (giggles) Yep!
Dwayne: Will that grump purple man be okay?
Lightning: I just sent him away with a tornado spin!
Hubcap: Where'd you send him?
Lightning: (shrugs) No idea!
(scene changes to the tornado stopping and Mayor Humdinger dizzily arriving in Barkingburg where the tornado goes away on its own)
Mayor Humdinger: (dizzily) Where am I? (collapses from being dizzy) (groans) I'm so dizzy from that windy ride!?
(the Princess of Barkingburg, Mirage, and Sweetie walk over finding Mayor Humdinger)
