Kyoko didn't even try to deny his statement- not that she even could. It was quite obvious that she was the murderer here.

Yet, there was one person who thought otherwise.

"H-hold on a second, Byakuya..." Chihiro protested, even though he had no reason to.

Why is he doing this?!

Byakuya turned to look at Chihiro with a slight frown. "What is the problem?" He asked, his voice clipped.

The brunet looked to the ground for a moment before gathering the courage to look right at Byakuya. "W-well I just feel like...we need to think this through. We still don't know what actually killed the victim..."

"That's true! It's definitely bugging me. What really killed her...?" Hina asked, tilting her head slightly after nodding.

This wasn't Byakuya's ideal outcome. By now they should've been voting for Kyoko since she certainly was the killer. But he supposed he could entertain this for now. As long as Kyoko stayed the prime suspect, it didn't matter.

"Fine, I have no problem with that. Let us continue the debate. It won't change the facts of the case, regardless," He agreed with a small nod as Kyoko continued to stay silent.

"Then shall we continue the debate? The victim's fatal injury has yet to be determined, correct?" Byakuya continued, making sure that the subject didn't deviate.

"The explosion didn't kill her for sure, I guess..." The swimmer said with a small frown.

Sakura nodded, "Yes... She would've been long dead then."

"And it wasn't because of the knife..." Taka said, his brows furrowed in concentration.

Good grief, is this truly so difficult?

"That only leaves one of the options the Monokuma File mentioned," Byakuya said, glancing slightly at Chihiro. The heir still couldn't do too much, not when Chihiro was technically still a suspect.

The brunet seemed to get the hint and spoke up, "Y-you mean the fact she was hit on the back of her head, right? Mukuro must've died b-because of the blow to the back of the head she suffered..."

"But... What about the wounds all over the rest of her body? Didn't the Monokuma File also mention those?" Taka asked with confusion.

"T-the Monokuma File makes it clear that those weren't fresh wounds," Chihiro argued, shaking his head slightly.

A slight blush of embarrassment formed- again- on Taka's cheeks. "Ah, right... If they were old wounds, they don't really matter..."

"Okay, then we're safe in assuming the blow to the back of her head is what killed her," The blonde interrupted before anybody else could speak up.

They had to keep on track.

"But then...what was the murder weapon?" Hina asked, her apparent confusion clear on her face.

As if it's difficult... The answer is quite simple...

"M-Mukuro was hit in the back of the head with something, and that's what killed her...And t-that something has to be...the titanium arrow Byakuya and I found in the locker in the dojo... " Chihiro suggested, though he sounded more confident than before.

Taka gasped, "An arrow... That's what the culprit attacked Mukuro with?" He asked, sounding unsure.

Byakuya nodded and refrained from rolling his eye- this was his ally after all. "Indeed, there's no doubt about it."
