Raiden Ei and Yae Miko Gas Lumine

It has been a few days since the notorious Vision Hunt Decree was abolished thanks to the efforts of the Traveler. Though, such a feat wouldn't have been possible without the aid of Yae Miko.

Speaking of them, Lumine was slowly ascending towards the Grand Narukami Shrine to pay the Guuji a little visit. After all, it's been a while since the Traveler last saw Miko, so she wanted to see how she was doing.

Well, that wasn't the only reason she wanted to see Miko... There was another motive for her present endeavour...

At any rate, Lumine finally made it to the top of the Grand Narukami shrine, she saw Yae Miko standing in front of the Sacred Sakura, as per usual. Though, she was bent over a little, as if she was inspecting something about the tree. This brought her rather plump rear on display, and Lumine couldn't help but stare at it. Since the Traveller didn't pay much attention to Miko at the time, she had no idea she was carrying a dumper of that size.

Almost as if she could sense Lumine's presence, Yae Miko turned around and faced her with a sly grin.

"I was wondering when you'd come to visit, Lumine~" she said, surprising Lumine.

"O-oh? You were expecting me...?"

"Of course, I was. You couldn't stop thinking of me, right~?"

"H-huh?"

Miko's sudden question caused Lumine's face to flush, causing the shrine maiden to giggle at her reaction.

"I was just joking. No need to blush so much~"

"R-right..."

"Still, I'm curious... Is a visit the only reason you're here~? Or perhaps you have an ulterior motive you're not telling me?"

"W-what?? T-that's not..."

Just like that, Lumine went flush again...and for good reason, too. t

There really was another reason she came to see Miko...and it was pretty embarrassing, to say the least. Knowing how perceptive Yae could be, Lumine was worried that she caught on.

"Well, at any rate, your timing couldn't be better. I was thinking of paying Ei a visit."

"O-oh, yeah...?" Lumine asked, trying to cool herself off from the teasing.

"Of course! You know how lonely Ei gets. Even if she doesn't say it to your face, she greatly appreciates the company!"

Lumine slowly nodded at that statement. Ei did seem to enjoy herself when she hung out with Paimon and herself a while back.

"So, what do you say Lumine? Want to tag along with me?"

Lumine didn't need to think about the offer. She already had an answer in mind.

"I'd love to!"

Lumine's enthusiastic response brought a smile to Miko's face.

"Then, let's not keep Ei waiting, shall we?"

"Right."

With a firm nod, Lumine followed Yae Miko out of the Grand Narukami Shrine and made their way to Tenshukaku, where Ei would be.

A few minutes into their trek, Lumine noticed something...off about the air. It was different than when she made her initial trip to the shrine. It smelled...ripe...like someone dumped a sack full of garbage in front of her. She didn't know where it came from or what's causing it, but what she did know was that it stunk.

As the Traveller reached to pinch her nose, Yae Miko turned around, bearing a curious look on her face.

"Hmm? Something wrong, Lumine?" she asked, raising an eyebrow. "It looks like something's bothering you."
