3rd Point Of View

Sukuna was done with his errands in no less than twenty minutes. He'd spent half that time locating three theives that had stolen from him and then the second half torturing them for their crimes. Sukuna decided to leave them alive, locksd in his prison until he decided that he wanted to question them thoroughly. He needed to find out how these sorcerers broke through his estate barriers and what exactly they'd stolen from him.

When Sukuna returned to his temple, the first thing he noticed was how empty it was. He'd come through the back entrance so he should have walked past at least a dozen maids on his way inside. But he did not. He walked through empty halls all the way until he reached the baths- or the punishement room as his staff liked to call it. As he came closer, he noticed the steam seep out of the entrance- reminding him that he'd asked Uraume to punish the insolent brat that always annoys him.

Sukuna stood still at the entrance way, staring inside the room which was still quite cloudy. The first thing he noticed was that there was only one person inside- that brat. She was almost nude, kneeling down to wrap bandage around her lower regions. That was something that the lower class did since they could not afford undergarments. Did Sukuna not pay her enough?

Sukuna's eyes narrowed as he watched her tie the bandage at her thigh before reaching down to grab her kimono. As she stood straight again, Sukuna then noticed the scars littering her upper back, dancing from shoulder to shoulder. There were at least fifty scars, each of them old and pale. Sukuna took a step closer, and at the same time the girl turned around and made eyes contact with the Lord.

Quickly, she slipped on her kimono completely to sheild her marred skin and tied the ribbon around her waist. She gulped, looking down at her feet as Sukuna began walking towards her.
"Show me." He demanded lowly as he told behind her. His voice was not filled with any emotion, no concern nor amusement. (Y/n) didn't know what to feel as she hesitantly slipped off her kimono again, following Sukuna's orders. The material pooled around her feet on the floor as she exposed her skin to him.

Sukuna's eyes flickered along each scar. They all seemed incredibly deep, causing the healed flesh to bump up slightly, ruining once smooth skin. These scars looked like slashes, from a belt or a whip. Punishments.
"It seems that I am not the first to punish you for your disobedience." Sukuna then mused before letting out a dark chuckle.

The man didn't say anything more as he turned on his heel and left the room, his husky chuckles echoeing across the halls. He made his way to the throne room, chuckling with amusement the whole way there. Earlier he suggested that the annoying brat get flogged instead of boiled because the punishements didn't seem to be working. It was amusing to find out that the flogging hadn't worked either.

As Sukuna entered the throne room, he laid eyes upon Uraume who had also just walked in but from a different door.
"Ah, Uraume. I was just about to begin looking for you." Sukuna told the lady as he sat down on his throne. Uraume moved so that she was stood inside of his throne, her head bowed.
"What can I help you with, my Lord?" She asked him, noticing how he almost seemed to be in a good mood as he leaned back into his throne.

"Tell me...what was her name again? The one with the scars on her shoulders." Sukuna asked absent-mindedly, making Uruame look up in suprise. He's seen the scars?
"Oh, yes. I've seen the scars." Sukuna chuckled, guessing exactly why Uraume seemed so suprised, "They're quite a sight to behold, aren't they? The person who inflicted them must have been furious."

Uraume gulped, nodding slowly.
"Her name is (Y/n), my Lord." Uruame informed the man, purposefully not saying her last name. Sukuna noticed that but decided to let it slide.
"I see. And how did (Y/n) take her punishment earlier? Did she cry?" Sukuna asked, his eyes narrowing in on Uraume. (Y/n) did not seem to be burnt at all, so a part of Sukuna didn't believe she took the punishment at all.
