(Y/n)'s Point Of View

He wanted me to show him that I have what it takes to be his queen- to show him that I was not a servant anymore. And at first, I wasn't quite sure how to do that- well, until I was. To be a queen was to make the hard desicions- to make the logical decisions and to help the king rule without him realising that you were helping. The queens role was silent assistance and constant support. And now, what I had to do to show him became clear.

I slid myself off Sukuna's lap as I pursed my lips, his eyes watching me carefully as I climbed down from his throne. He didn't say another word, allowing me to come to my desicions all on my own. I inhaled deeply as I looked down at my new ring, it's gem as crimson as the blood that flowed through my veins. My eyes then flickered to the man who one the first challenge. His gaze lowered to the floor once we made eye-contact, not daring to look up.

I gulped as I walked towards him, activating my cursed energy. His breath hitched when I stood right infront of him.
"I won't give you more than you can handle...I promise." I mumbled softly to him as he slowly looked up at me. He nodded, his aura turning blue with fear and white with anticipation. I then lifted my hand and pressed it against the man's aura. I knew that he could not feel my hand on his body and yet at the same time could feel it more than his own heartbeat.

To touch someone's aura was like touching their soul- only more raw. I closed my eyes as I used my cursed technique to reach into the ring and transfer the pain that was currently held inside it to the curse user. I gave him enough to make him groan, his face contorting into an obvious wince. When he cried out with pain, I forced myself to let go, deciding that he'd reached as much as he could handle. How he was going to fight a cursed spirit like this, I had no idea.

I gulped as I stumbled back, quickly feeling guilty for doing this to him. I hurried over to Sukuna, directly my aura to him and only him so that these men wouldn't also be burdened with my guilt. Sukuna smirked as he held open an arm, welcoming me back onto his lap without a single complaint or objection.
"You done well, little (L/n)." He mumbled proudly into my ear, easing my guilt immediately.

"Now that that's been dealt with, there's a certain ice spirit that I'd like you to capture." Sukuna began with a grin.
"C-Capture? I thought you wanted me to exorsise it?" The curse user that I inflicted pain upon asked, now seeming less confident. It was much harder to capture a cursed spirit than it was to exorsise it, so I understood his apprehension on the matter.

"That was my original request, yes. But I've changed my mind. I think your queen would like to see it's exorsism for herself." Sukuna grinned, not even looking at me as he spoke. My cheeks flushed as I heard him call me queen.
"The curse resides within the forest of Shimutsui Village. If you need more information on the cursed spirit, you may address your concerns to Uraume." Sukuna told the man.

"If you return alive, the positions yours. I'd wish you luck, but truthfully I do not care." Sukuna grinned, making the curse user nod, gulping at the sudden pressure that was placed on him. Silence took over the room as Sukuna lifted a brow at the men.
"Was I not clear enough? That means you're dismissed." Sukuna then snapped, getting impatient.

At his words, everyone began moving, all at the same time. Everyone filed out of the room, emptying out into the hallway and following the man that may or may not become their next leader- hopefully taking over Hiyate's role. When everyone had left the room and it had become just me and Sukuna, I twisted my body to face him only to see that he was looking down at me with a smirk.
"You ordered them to capture the ice spirit in Shimutsui Village- the same one that killed my mother and Yumi?" I told him, my words sounding more like a question.

"I did." Sukuna confirmed casually.
"I... didn't think you'd care about something so trivial." I admitted softly, I didn't expect him to remember this piece of information, but not only did he remember the name of my village but also the type of cursed spirit.
"While it may be a trivial matter to me, I know that it's not to you- and if it is important to you then it should be even more important to every single one of those fools as it is their job to cater to their queen's every whim." Sukuna replied nonchalantly.

I couldn't help but smile. Hearing him call me a queen sent butterflies down my chest, swirling around my stomach.
"Queen..." I mumbled, "That word just sounds so odd to me."
"How so?" Sukuna asked with a raised brow, his grip on my waist adjusting down to my hips.
"I've just been called a lot of names during my life...and 'queen' has never been one of them. I've never been held in such high regards until today." I admitted with a soft giggle.

Sukuna didn't reply as he pulled me closer to him, so that I was straddling his lap once again and staring right at him. My hands then took rest on his defined chest while his hands gripped gently onto my thighs and hips.
"You've been a queen for a while, little one. You've just been too stuck in the past to realise how high you've risen." Sukuna told me.

"Higher than you?" I asked cheekily with a giggle. Sukuna scoffed with nothing but pure amusement as he used one of his hands to grab me by my face.
"Cute." He muttered sarcastically before pulling my face down to his, smashing our lips together with passion. I smiled into the kiss, my hands moving to the back of his neck.

I'll take that as a yes.
