"You deserve it Ki!" Kiara shouted from the crowd earning a few cheers. It means so much to me that she could make it here after all.
Four months ago I was touring the continents. Now, I not only have a job but have managed to finally earn the recognition I have been working for. I sold one of my old designs and it ended up on the body of a french model unknowingly to me at the time. Now the company I worked for l just got an excellent review in the Forbes magazine after my design was featured.
Life has truly been good to me lately and I can't believe I doubted God's plans. After some good self reflecting and the spiritual journey I walked, my life has never felt more peaceful than this. There isn't anything to complain about or even fear.
I officially moved back to New York which took a lot my strength than I thought. Italy held terrible memories but it also had Kiara, Matteo who are the most important people in my life presently. Leaving them felt almost like heartbreak but it was necessary. Besides it's not like we won't see each other again, it just won't be as frequent considering that we're in different countries now.
Being away from everything Romano has been liberating. It feels so good to not have to watch over my shoulder or hide indoors because there is a war brewing that I may potentially become a casualty of. Valentina is still at large, Kiara informed me that she hasn't been caught as yet. In fact, they haven't seen or heard of her in months which is exactly how she likes it I assume. Sooner or later she will reappear and make her move. Personally, I'm glad I will be far away from Italy when that happens. My only wish is that Kiara and Matteo remain protected. Dario would always keep them safe no matter what. The man is a bastard but in his own unexplainable way, he loves them.. at least that's what I think..sometimes. At the very least, I can depend on him to always want them out of harms way. They're his family after all.

"You're practically ready to pop. I'm surprise Dario allowed you to travel at all." My best friend is really carrying her second child. It was really inevitable with the way I know they're constantly fucking. I bet Dario won't waste anytime putting another one in her after she gives birth either.
