It was a pretty day outside, so the three decided to take a walk on the beach.

As they made their way out, Diamond tripped over the doorframe and grunted with disproval.

Star burst out laughing, clutching at his sides and doubling over. "Nice going, Nightlight."

He laughed until Diamond got up and went back inside without a word.

"Whoops."

Connie pursed her lips at him.

A loud crash made them both run back inside to see the Diamond had punched a hole in the wall of the kitchen.

He flexed his hand and did it again.

"Diamond, it's okay! I've tripped countless times. It's called being clumsy." Connie wasn't as used to soothing Diamond, but she tried her very best when the time came. A show of temper wasn't common but it was often chaotic.

Diamond ignored her, kicking a trash can which flew into the wall opposite the living room and crumpled.

"Diamonds just mad he's not perfect." Star leaned against the doorframe and watched the diamonds rampage.

"You're not helping." She chastised.

"I didn't say I would."

Diamond stilled, looking back at Star angrily. "Perfection is required of Diamonds."

It took her 10 minutes to call him down, he had reached the climax when he slammed his fist into the microwave and it sparked.

She had flinched involuntarily and Diamond had seen it.

"I'm sorry."

"I know you won't hurt me." She walked up to him and hugged him from behind. "It's okay."
