Connie lightly knocked on the bedroom door and entered to see Star facedown on the bed sulking. "Star?"

He raised his head and glared at her, but it was just cute instead of menacing.

"Star there's no way you're this upset about losing Monopoly." She pressed her lips together when he slinked up and pouted.

"I'm not upset about losing. I'm upset about losing to Cheat Code Chad over there." He pointed to his other half standing behind her.

"Star, you know that irritates Diamond." She turned to see him gawking at her. "What? You're getting better with emotions, sometimes it's even on your face."

"Oh." He smiled awkwardly and sighed.

"You'll get it," She patted his cheek and turned back to Star. "Do you need anything, or do you wanna sulk in your cave?"

"Could you maybe get me a drink?"

"Sure, what would you like?" She prepared herself for an edgy answer.

"Something as dark and burning hot as my soul." He fell backwards arms still crossed as Diamond went to go fetch it.

He returned shortly with a glass of milk and handed it to him.

He stared into the cup for a moment and scoffed. "I feel insulted."

"You should be," Diamond muttered.

"You're a cinnamon roll, Star. Deal with it."
