Thankfully for the rest of that day it was uneventful in the sense that I had no more run-ins with the members of Skz, though it probably was mainly because I had stayed in my apartment for the rest of the day making food.

This helped me to relax and kind of forget about it for a while, especially when it was time to eat. Ms Choi enjoyed what I had made for her, and we spent time talking, including stories from her past that she liked to share, as well as tips and secrets she herself often used in cooking.

So it was safe to say that when I went to sleep, I was the most relaxed I had been that day.

The next day, however, I was too anxious to go out. But Ms Choi had asked me if I could go and get her some bits and bobs from different places that were a bit out of the way and would take her a long time to get to and back from on public transport. I didn't mind doing this for her, honestly I loved to help wherever I could to repay some of her kindness. Plus, if it was different places that were a bit further out in Seoul, it would be less likely I'd bump into members of Skz, right?

I kept repeating that thought as I drove to these places, and as the day wore on and I'd been to multiple establishments, I'd had no more encounters whatsoever. I was relaxed and reassured; maybe yesterday definitely was a fluke.

On the way back I decided to grab some lunch from a shop and go to a nearby park to eat it. I'd missed being outdoors, so I wanted to enjoy it while I could.

The park was lively, filled with families who enjoyed watching their children play, people walking their dogs (I stroked every dog that came up to me), and people just in general enjoying a beautiful day in the lush green park.

I had sat on a bench to eat my lunch, but once I was done I put the rubbish in a bin and took a stroll around, taking pictures of the plants and wildlife; nature was always so beautiful to me. It was relaxing and almost therapeutic.

That is until I was suddenly knocked from under my feet by something hitting the back of the legs, sending me flying to the ground painfully, knocking the breath out of me.

"Ah fuck!" I groaned, wincing at the pain in my hand.

Next thing I knew, there was a black, wet squishy nose attached to a cute furry elongated face in front of me.

"Oh hi!" I said, instantly grinning at the dog.

The dog, a huntaway, wagged its tail as it looked at me with its head tilted to the side. I couldn't help but reach out to pet it, enjoying the feel of its soft fur.

"You're a cute one," I giggled. "Were you the culprit?"

Of course the dog didn't respond, but I knew it was most likely it that had knocked me down as no one, or nothing, else was next to me.

Somebody called out and the dog's ears pricked up. After a second of looking around, the dog bolted off to what I'm assuming was its owner. I watched as the owner, a woman, greeted her dog, took a glance at me on the ground, shrugged and walked away with her dog in tow.

"Apology not accepted," I grumbled, glowering at her retreating figure.

"Miss, are you okay?" someone asked me from above where I still sat on the ground.
