Wubbox was in his quiet office, sitting around doing nothing as usual. When he wasn't getting random emails, making wublins, sleeping, being on his phone or out with others, he was doing nothing. Perhaps that wasn't good, as it only angered him to think on his own, and having the thoughts spiral him down into a state where he would be more aggressive until something else took his mind away from it.He was on the concrete floor looking up at the fluorescent lights of his office between the two counters, thinking about everything. Everything infuriated him. His kids, his friends, his parents, his life, his boyfriend, his everything. Why was he still here if it all infuriated him so much? Well, he would live forever, and there was barely anything that could kill him if it didn't involve his core.
He was taken from these thoughts as he heard the vibrations of his phone. He sat up groggily, then to his knees, and standing up to see his phone rang from an unknown number. Despite the number of spam callers and texts around the world, he never got any, so unknown numbers were likely to be someone not in his contacts that knew him.
He pressed the answer, and brought it up to his head, "This is Wubbox.""Hey, it's Reebro! You hadn't responded to my letter in a while, so I thought I'd call you!"
"Yeah, we tried to send a letter, but you apparently aren't on the air island anymore, so we couldn't send it back because they didn't know where you were."
"Oh, that's a shame. I guess I forgot to tell you that. Do you remember what you wrote in the letter?"
"Yes, it was something along the lines of...No."
"Hey, come on Wubbox! It'd be good for you to get out once in a while!"
"No. We've been fine like this for years, I don't need change."
"But Wubs-"
"Don't. Pry, Reebro."
"I'm not, I just wanted to say that Rare was coming as well, and I thought he'd entice you."
"No. He's as dead to me as every other brother."
"Y-You...Don't you want your kids to get outside a bit? Like you'll get a break from them?"
"No! They'll run off, do god knows what, and end up like me! You have no fucking idea how hard i had it, and to make them suffer the same fate would mean i failed as a father."
"But to keep them safe doesn't mean locking them up and forbidding them to leave! Our kids want to go out and get air or meet friends, and we let them! We don't restrict them when they haven't done anything wrong."
"But I'm not you! They've already disrespected me hundreds of times, and they'll be here until they learn they can't run off and kill themselves! You do not have the right to judge me as a parent, because you have no fucking idea what i've been through! I can raise them however I wish, and they're better off this way! They have none of the challenges I've had, and I've given them all I can! I would say they deserve it, but they're rebellious bitches that is ungrateful for what I have given them. They wouldn't have lasted half as long as I did."
"Wubbox, i understand that-"
"YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND! YOU DON'T! YOU NEVER WILL! YOU CANNOT UNDERSTAND!! YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT INSUFFERABLE SHIT I'VE BEEN THROUGH. EVERYONE HAD IT BETTER BUT I WAS THE BUZZ KIll, THE MISTAKE! NO WONDER VHAMP KEPT YOU AWAY FROM ME!"
Wubbox hung up the phone without a second thought, slamming it down onto the counter again.
