~With Ice-Ice was smart enough to bring his coat with him, as the cold island he was on was more harsh than the original island. It was as if he had again drenched himself in liquid nitrogen.
He quickly wrapped his cotton coat over himself, and started walking towards what he thought was in the direction of the town on this island. It was a clearly marked path, as a few signs spoked out, and it looked as if footsteps similar to his had been near it soon, and led him further down.
He couldn't help but notice that in the colossal's fur seemed to be a large web of something purple. The trees were also more ice than they were snow or even trees. He only wondered what would happen if he had brought water. Would it have instantly frozen?
He looked around the island, and saw what looked like small buildings, but were instead mostly broken down, and barely even visible under the snow.
He moved over to what looked like a building, and moved some snow off it, revealing the bricks that were nearly broken with the intense coldness of the island, and after another moment, found a sign, which looked too familiar.
"Moth's Baked Goods." A store that was infamous for its variety of sweet treats by the Moth family, who had owned it for generations. But, he recognized how old the sign looked, as if it were made back in the olden days. It had a drawing of the original Moth mother, familiarly drawn in the ancient cartoon style. How long has this been here? How long until everyone disappeared? No monster, not even any with the thickest coat could survive, and he was grateful for his coat, as his core would likely freeze over as well.
"They were such nice monsters.." A croaky and low voice spoke through the howling wind.
Ice quickly stood up, looking over at the wubbox which seemed nearly identical to him, but slightly different.
It was much shorter, the whites of its eyes were black, it's icy horns were more jagged and short, it's coat was more like a king's cape, it had two long fangs peaking out, and it had a long, wrapping tail which laid limp along the snowy ground, seemingly black or darkened purple with frostbite.
"Wubdigo." It spoke with a grin. "And it's a shame, really. No one here deserved to die. It was all an accident. If only those pesky monsters would have just left me alone like I was meant to."
"Y-You killed them..?" Ice looked at him with a mix of fear and anger.
"Weeell... Not directly, but sure, you could say that. It was just an outburst. God, mother would be disappointed if she saw..it was really embarrassing.." It looked away with shame.
Ice didn't know if it was purposefully making fun of his fear of having an outburst, or it was genuinely ashamed of it. Ice couldn't help but feel enraged.
It had killed every monster on its island, even those innocent. Maybe it would have been acceptable in the slightly wrong mind if he only killed those who hurt him, but killing everyone for something a few monsters did was crossing the line fifty times over.
"Y-You son of a bitch! You killed everyone because you hated just a few? Do you understand how wrong that is?! You killed Moth's family, and countless other innocents, yet you acted like a deity over monsterkind, and they had to die because you just got annoyed!"
