The presentation board already had the slideshow projection on it, showing the question of his 'single artist explanatory panel'. It read..."Other world creatures in a different universe? My findings say yes. (warning : theories of extraterrestrial life)."Rare opened his eyes to look around, seeing the room actually filled with more monsters than he thought would actually be there. Not every seat was filled up of course, but enough to have a good audience to speak to and get questions from.
Once the room doors closed, and a thrumble police officer with a woolabee convention organizer gave him the green flag, Rare stood up from his chair, stretching his arms to address the crowd around.
"Hello, audience! I am so glad all of you were able to make it this way to the panel! But I will warn you once more, this does have theories which may struggle to be believed, but do exist. We will keep asking questions until the end of our discussion, and there will be plenty of time to ask questions about anything you want to know.
And with that, let's get started with the true main topic of this panel, but first, I will explain how this theory of mine came to be, which might be your first question. To answer, a specific set of circumstances that will likely never be recreated. Back when my mother had begun to make positive changes to her life, she had made a small bracelet, which when pressed, could summon, and detect foreign energies. At the time I was living on a water island, and there was a storm upon us, which might have contributed to what happened.
I had gone to a mostly empty place, one where I could find a displacement in electricities from the cloud and ground, then with a press of the bracelet, it must have malfunctioned, causing a huge burst of energy, which erupted out, and disintegrated my form from this realm, over to another, which was similar, yet different.
I was in an alleyway to begin, so I was making my way to the end, but stopped when a sudden creature passed in front of it, and for a moment, I was afraid, but since it did not attack me, I wanted to know what it was.
Once the place was mostly empty, I began to quickly make my way through the town, trying to not draw attention to myself, but strangely enough, this place was so small. These creatures were like Punklton compared to me–super small, but some kept even smaller creatures like critters!
I didn't mention it before, but I wanted to study what this bracelet was able to do with foreign energies, so I had brought a notebook and pencil with me, but as I traveled to this place, it traveled with me. That notebook is what I used to document all these findings of mine.
It was hard for me to find a creature without a giant pelt, because they were all bearing coats that didn't allow me to see what was under. And what was more odd about them was how these coats of theirs were like...zip-up jackets, and you could take them on and off at will! I must have caught them at the height of season fever, because in this place, it was very cold, and that might have been why they were wearing the jackets.
But what I mostly gathered from them was that they have tan skin all over, fur only on their heads, faces, and arms. They wear clothes, but they aren't like what I've seen. A lot of them had these things that wrapped around their torso, but also had holes for their arms, and head. Then, they had a different piece that covered their legs almost completely.
But, they also had many inventions we have as well, like cars, bikes, ovens, fridges, electric signs, and so much more! They seemed just as advanced as us, and that was fascinating to me! Who knew other creatures so different from us could be so innovative and smart like us? And perhaps they were so smart, it drove them to boredom, which is why they began enslaving critters to live with them for their whole lives!
Not two of these critters were the same, each being different, and I hadn't seen the same of any species. They had these creatures on leashes, and walked them around the city. However, sometimes I saw one that might have been a different critter species, but I can't be entirely sure.
Again, I can't begin to understand how one creature of every species looks so different, but in this world, nearly everyone looks alike despite our rarity, and the very oldened 'prismatic' types.
Here, if you were a part of one species, you had one of three ways to look, but there, you could look like anything! All sorts of colors, shapes, everything! The only difference is we have more vibrant colors like violet, cyan, green, but most of these animals only had shades of black, white, and brown, and the only bright color being pink for their skin under the fur.
But similarly, I could see critters that were not domesticated! They were very small compared to me, like a tree sapling to the palm of my hand! Though they did keep their distance, I was able to observe them as well. They were grey, and some had colorful feathers around their necks, but some were more brown and had no special colors.
This place was also like Earth Island and Plant Island were mixed into one. There were industrialized buildings, factories, townhouses, and way more restaurants than I've seen on any island! You could see one on every corner pretty much! But also, the sky was not dark, instead blue, and some places had grass and trees!
And strangely enough, none of these creatures made a lot of sound. They didn't sing, only spoke. Their bodies were also just limbs, a body, and a head, no body part to make music with. But I did happen to be by a 'music shop' that could make sounds like our music. They also seemed to speak and write in a language we can't read or understand! I wrote down a few words I saw, but I have no way to understand what it means...But I can infer what the words might mean, because of what the building looks like, and what appears on the signs near them.
I don't remember how long I was there, but eventually the traveling bracelet began to crack and glow. With a zap, I was gone. I was back on Water Island before I realized what was happening, but as soon as I was back, the bracelet snapped, and broke into pieces. I would never be able to replicate the kind of magic that bracelet held, and neither could Galvana. But if you don't believe it, It's right here..."
Just then he took a clear, square container from under the table. It was about the size of his hand, and it held inside a broken and nearly shattered golden strap, barely holding onto each piece. And just inside that was a shattered blue crystal, which could seem to shine purple or green in different directions.
This got the crowd to chat amongst themselves. Though this could be true, he could have also faked it with just a regular broken gold watch, took out the clock piece, and shattered a special gem inside it to make it look as if it had. But what if it was real? How on earth would that be possible?
"The questionnaire is now open if you wish to ask."
