Matapos ang seryosong pag-uusap namin ay saktong pagdating ni Miss Camille, Mrs. Bravo's close friend who lives in Spain now for good. She will be the one to guide and tour us here for three days.
"So you are Daciana Messina? The woman Asteria warned me about." natatawa niyang saad.
Nandito kaming dalawa sa labas habang hinihintay si Zianah dahil ipapasa niya na ang piece niya na ipanglalaban for Barcelona International Photography. I haven't seen her piece yet dahil gusto niya surprise raw. But as far as I remember ay Culture ang theme ng competition.
The contest is open for everybody. The aim of the competition is to showcase international contemporary photography and forming collaborative links between countries and photographic communities. The judging panel oof the competition are all professional experts when it comes to contemporary photographic and visual arts scene.
Regarding naman sa mga mananalo, their piece will be presented by Galería Valid Foto of Barcelona in the month of December, with the possibility of an international tour. Their are other prizes pa for the chosen winners pero hindi ko na masyadong maintindihan since I don't have that much knowledge when it comes to photography contest.
"Yes, ma'am." kabado kong sagot.
Naka-upo lamang kaming dalawa sa labas habang hinihintay si Zianah. I can't stop admiring the beauty of Spain especially their Architectural Design. No wonder why Spain is Zianah's favorite country to visit as well as Mrs. Bravo. Maybe Architect things.
"You're a professor in Chua-Ashford University, right?" she asked.
"Yes po." I answer and locked eyes with her.
"May pinagmanahan naman pala si Zianah." natatawa niyang saad which made me confused.
"What do you mean po?" tanong ko.
"You know, Asteria and I were professors in Ashford University. Ianah was Asteria's student back then, she even rejected a big project para lang mapalapit kay Ianah noon. And now, I think their daughter is also hitting on her professor just like her momma." pagkwento niya.
I didn't know na mahilig din pala sa professor si Ms. Bravo sa itsura niya kase parang siya pa yung mas nakakatakot kaysa kay Mrs. Bravo.
"I didn't know about that po." sagot ko.
"Yeah, their love story is not that easy. Akala ko talaga hindi sila magkakatuluyan but, you know love really moves in mysterious ways. Tsaka bilog ang mundo parang gulong, hindi palaging nasa ilalim ka." aniya sa akin.
Unti-unting napawi ang ngiti ko habang pinakikinggan ang kwento niya. Hindi ko man alam ang kwento nilang dalawa pero sa tingin ko hindi ganun kadali ang dinanas nila. Napansin ko ito noong araw na halos mawalan na siya ng respeto kay Mr. Ashford dahil sa pakikielam niya sa desisyon niya sa pamilya nila.
"Asteria told me that you and Mr. Ashford are close." she added.
"Hmm, yes po. He's kind of nice naman. Siya rin po mismo ang nagpasok sa akin sa Chua-Ashford University as a professor." pagkwento ko sa kaniya.
She nodded. I can feel like she wanted to say more pero parang there is something na pumipigil sa kaniyang sabihin iyon.
"Bakit po, Ma'am Camille? May problema po ba kayo kay Mr. Ashford?" I asked bravely.
