X'Pv will be Xeen's point of view from the very beginning. I will write it in taglish since most of you prefer it that way.

"It's still early for your first class, Clems." Beau eyebrows creased as she asked me. "What's the rush?" she added.

I just looked at her boredly, shrugged my shoulders, and walked out the door of my own office here at Cromwell University.

Actually, I still have half an hour before my first class starts, but I'm anticipating seeing that girl again. These past few days, she's all I've been thinking about, and it's driving me crazy because I can't get her out of my mind.

Cliché as it may sound, that girl really sparked something in me—something that has never happened before. This is also the first time I've ever been genuinely curious about someone.

Pagdating ko sa classroom kung saan ang unang klase ko ngayong araw ay wala pa kahit ni-isang studyante sa loob,

Like I said, it's still early.

I decided to sit at the back first. Hindi naman ako mapakali habang minu-minutong tumitingin sa suot kong relo.

As time passed, students started coming in. Some of them looked startled when they saw me, some admired me, and I'm pretty sure most of them were fantasizing about me.

I'm quite known around here. Dahil nagtuturo na rin talaga ako dito dati kapag gusto ko lang, so some of the students and professors already know how I am inside the classroom.

I even heard rumors before that I'm a "terror," which is kinda true. I don't really like socializing—especially with commoners—except for my best friends.

I'll be the next reigning Queen (unfortunately) in my country, and socializing with commoners is forbidden. That's why most of the time, si Beau ang pinapakausap ko sa mga taong may kailangan sa akin.

Inside the classroom, I just teach. If they have questions about the lesson, I do answer them... sometimes. Other times, I just write the answer on the whiteboard when I don't feel like talking.

One of the reasons I told them to study or read in advance is because I'm not going to spoon-feed them everything.

As I was lost in a trance, I suddenly heard that familiar voice. She's with her two friends? I guess. I only heard her voice once—nung sumakay siya sa jeep na ni-rentahan ko—but I already know it by heart, as if we've spoken many times before.

She's a commoner, I know, and I shouldn't waste my time on her... but something inside me wants to know her more.

Maybe it's the way she cares for her sisters? I can sense she's prideful, but at the same time, selfless.

I'm still here at the back, playing with my pen. Mukhang hindi nila napansin na katabi lang nila ako ng row, dahil patuloy lang sa pag-uusap at paglalaro ng cellphone ang dalawa niyang kaibigan, habang siya naman ay parang may hinahanap sa bag niya.

"Guys, may extra ballpen kayo? O kahit lapis lang?" I heard her ask her friends.

Looks like she forgot her pens.

Nang walang maibigay na ballpen ang mga kaibigan niya, napansin ko siyang napatingin sa wallet niya at napabuntong-hininga.

When she was about to stand up, I suddenly handed her my pen. "Here. You can have mine," I uttered coldly.

And trust me, I didn't know why I did that either—especially when I shouldn't have in the first place. Students must always come prepared, lalo na't college na sila.
