🎶 ITALODISCO — The Kolors 🎶

The Italian breeze hit me the moment I stepped off the plane at Malpensa, with Miguel following me, documenting every step on his camera. The viewers had loved our vlog from last week so much that Vanguardia decided to let me do another one, hoping to reach another peak in views as we would be at the Barca game tomorrow in Naples. But first, it would be Inter against Atletico tonight at the Giuseppe Meazza stadium (as Inter fans called it, for Milan fans it was the San Siro, as I learned from my research for the game).

But before that, I had an appointment at the Dolce & Gabbana atelier to be announced as their new brand ambassador, which I was quite proud of. Ironically, there just had to be a link to Pablo, with him, Pedri and Lewandowski having been dressed by the Italian maison for the 2022 Ballon d'Or, the one where Pablo was able to claim the Kopa Trophy. Miguel was so excited, it was undoubtedly extremely special to be invited in the holy halls of such an iconic designer brand.

When we arrived at the reception, I told them my name and the young lady at the desk accompanied me to a waiting room on the second floor, where I was told that I was going to be picked up. The waiting room was already more exciting than a museum itself, with pictures of models and old campaigns hanging everywhere and a few dresses exposed on mannequins.
"Hello? Victoria Hernandez?" a middle-aged woman asked as she walked up to me.
"That's me, hello!" I said friendly and shook her hand.
"Such a pleasure to meet you, come, come with me, I will show you some pieces that are ready from... you know, *that* special collection" she said and winked, signalling me to follow her as I walked through some rooms until we arrived at some office room with various desks, fabric sprawled out everywhere.
"Here we go! Feel free to have a look, Stefano and Domenico are still in a meeting, but I will pick you up when they're done" she said, pointing at a rack and smiled friendly at me before disappearing again.

A few feet further, a girl and a seamstress were animatedly talking before the seamstress disappeared, probably fetching something and the girl let her eyes wander around the room until she saw me.
"Ciao!" she said friendly and walked over to me.
"Hola" I replied and smiled.
"Ah! You're Vicky Hernandez! I know you, my fiancé reads all your articles! Thankfully Spanish and Italian are not too different. I'm Lucia" she said and kissed me on both my cheeks.
"Right! You're Chiesa's girlfr- fiancée! Congratulations!" I said happily, now having recognised her.
"And you're Gavi's ex" she chuckled and nudged me friendly at which I only jokingly rolled my eyes. "What are you doing here?" she asked curiously.
"I'm... being announced as brand ambassador... and... this is sort of my collection, but pshhh it's not official yet. And you?" I replied.
"Oh! Let me see! I'm here for my wedding dress, but pshhhh, it's not official yet!" she giggled and I joined in as we both looked at the rack of clothes. Some wow's were murmured and opinions about the pieces were shared.

"Ah! You met Lucia! How wonderful! Domenico and Stefano are ready and waiting for you" the woman from before said as she walked back in.
"Oh! Have fun!" Lucia said as she patted me on my back excitedly.
"Thanks! Oh, here's my card, shoot me your number if you want" I said and quickly took one out of my wallet before waving at her and walking away.

Martina, the middle-aged employee, guided me up to the fourth floor and I walked inside of an opulent hall, where I saw the two designers talking to each other.
"Señorita Hernandez! Che onore!" Domenico Dolce said and I kissed both his cheeks while blushing, this moment was so surreal.
"So great to meet you. We are so impressed and deeply honoured that a woman like you will represent our house" Stefano Gabbana said and I was close to dropping dead.
