Sugawara looks out his window, watching as Oikawa walks you home. He sees you two walk into your house. And neither of you come out for a while. He sighs, taking his attention away from the window. He tries to focus on the movie that was playing on his tv, but his mind was only thinking about you.

You invite Oikawa into your house, stepping into your home. "Would you like to stay for a while, Toru?"

The brunette nods. "Just for a bit, not too long. Maybe as long as a movie, if you'd like to watch another movie with me?"

You nod, grabbing cookies from the kitchen. "Sure. I still don't know how I felt about that romance movie we watched in the theater. How about we watch a horror movie to counteract it?"

He chuckles, sitting on the couch, waiting for you to sit beside him. "Sure thing. Anything you want."

You sit next to him, the plate of cookies resting in your lap. "I prefer scary to romance."

"Really?" He takes a cookie to eat.

"Yeah. I've never been one to like girly things, or the idea of love. I was usually playing with Koushi, focusing on volleyball and just sports in general."

"Interesting. No wonder you seem comfortable around guys."

"I grew up with my next door neighbor, who happens to be a guy. I'm just used to having male friends, I guess." You shrug, taking a cookie to eat as you pick out a movie. You choose the Five Nights at Freddy's movie.

Oikawa looks at the screen. "I've never seen this movie before, but I've heard about it."

You nod. "It's a good movie. I saw it in theaters, when it just came out. That's been a while, and I really like it. I think you'll like it, too."

He smiles, looking at you with loving eyes. "I trust your judgement."

You start the movie, a smile on your face. Oikawa scoots closer to you, slinging an arm around your shoulders. He pulls you closer to his body. With his other hand, he takes a cookie to eat.

You look up at Oikawa before the movie starts. "Is this what it's like to be a couple? Just go on dates and get closer to each other?"

The brunette nods. "Well, yes. You build a relationship over time. It starts with all these dates. But, since we only have a few months, I'm making the most of my time with you, Y/n-chan."

"I see." You turn back to the screen, still trying to keep some distance from the setter beside you.

The movie starts, your attention immediately staying on the screen. Oikawa looks at you with a smile before focusing on the movie. He jumps at the first scare at the beginning, with Foxy and the security guard.

You chuckle. "Scared already, Toru?"

"I was expecting that, ok! I'm not a scaredy cat!"

"Whatever you say, you big baby." You mutter just loud enough for him to hear.

He whines. "Come on! Don't call me a baby just because I got scared once!"

"Then don't get scared."

You remembered when you first saw this movie. You had went with Sugawara, he had a rare day off from practice. You had been telling his mom how bad you wanted to see the movie, and his mother told him. The silver haired boy went to your house that evening and took you to see the movie. That as one of the best nights ever for you. You wished you could have days like that with Sugawara again, but you couldn't as long as you're Oikawa's girlfriend.

When the plate of cookies was empty, you placed the plate on the coffee table. You sat back against the couch, Oikawa pulling you closer to him with his arm.

He whispered in your ear. "This is actually a pretty good movie, so far."

You nod. "It was a pretty good movie. It didn't follow the actual plot and lore of the games, but it was still a good movie."

Oikawa leaned back, gently placing his head against yours. "I'm glad you wanted to watch it with me. Thanks for spending today with me. I think it's been my best day ever."

You smile. "I'm glad I was able to make this day enjoyable for you."

You two continue watching the movie, Oikawa occasionally jumping at the small scares. You'd chuckle quietly whenever he tensed, or got scared. You found it amusing, considering this movie didn't scare you at all.

When the movie finished, Oikawa got up off the couch and stretched his long limbs. He looked down at you, since you were still sitting on the couch.

A smile spread on the boy's face. "I had a great time with you, Y/n-chan. I'm kind of sad that I have to go home now."

You stand up, taking a moment to stretch. "It was actually pretty fun. Thanks for coming over today."

He bent over to you, planting a soft kiss on your forehead. "Thanks for going on this date with me."

You two walk over to the front door, you open it for him. "Get home safe."

He stopped in the doorway, turning to face you. He leaned in, kissing you lips softly. "I will. Goodnight, Y/n-chan. Sleep well tonight." He started walking away.

"Yeah. Goodnight, Toru." You close the door and lean against it. The kiss didn't feel anywhere near as amazing as your kiss with Sugawara.

Oikawa walked home, a pure smile on his lips.

Sugawara gripped his shirt, the spot right over his heart. He felt tears built in his eyes. "Oikawa kissed Y/n..."
