When the day was over, you and the others from Karasuno said your goodbyes to the other teams. You all got on the bus, and started making your way over back to your home prefecture. The ride felt long, half of the guys were already asleep. You looked over at all of the guys, scanning each one for a few seconds before checking up on the others. You look over at your fellow managers, seeing them falling asleep on each other.

Kiyoko and Yachi had decided to sit together, leaving you on your own. You offered to sit beside Hinata, and he was currently asleep on your shoulder. You smile while looking at the sleeping boy, hoping that you moving around wasn't going to disturb the boy. Luckily for you, Hinata was a sound sleeper. He was letting out soft snores, keeping his head on your shoulder.

When you first started sitting with him, you thought you'd be talking with him for the entire ride. You really could've used a distraction. Right now, your mind was stuck on Sugawara and Oikawa.

You knew Oikawa would try making plans for you two the moment you get back. The situation with Sugawara was bothering you as well. You wanted both of these setters to stop bothering you the way they were. You sighed, wishing things would go back to the way they were before you and Oikawa made this bet. You wanted to be friends with Oikawa. You wanted to silently crush on Sugawara, while he was your best friend that had no clue of your feelings.

Unfortunately, things couldn't be that way. You made that bet with Oikawa, and now things are different for you. You let out another sigh. This time, you gained the attention of a certain setter.

Sugawara looked at you from over the seat he was sitting in, which happened to be right in front of you. "Everything ok, Y/n?"

"I wish things would go back to normal. I hate Oikawa bothering me whenever I'm free. I miss being friends with you, without you letting your own feelings getting in the way of our lives."

His eyes narrowed, focused on Hinata. "Hinata is sleeping on you."

"I'm aware. He fell asleep soon after we started moving. I thought he'd be more talkative, but this is what I'll have to put up with for the rest of the ride." You sigh, looking at the ground, knowing the boy in front of you wasn't going to listen to you. At least, not the way he used to.

Sugawara looks at your saddened face. "You really seem sad."

"Oh, you finally noticed?" You didn't look up at him.

The silver haired boy sighs. "Right. I'm sorry. I guess I'm just still not used to you being in a relationship with someone. I don't know how to act now. I know how you feel about me, and now I don't know if I can just ignore that and go back to how we used to be."

"Can you at least try. Right now, I need my best friend back, not a future boyfriend."

He looks down, ashamed of himself. "I get that. I'll try my best. Sorry." He turns back around in his seat.

You shake your head, then glance over at Hinata. The orange haired boy was asleep still, having not stirred one bit from his slumber the entire time you spoke with Sugawara.

You look over at the ginger, a small smile on your face. You gaze at him sleeping peacefully. You hear some of the guys yawning, waking up from their rest.

Tsukishima turns to face you. "Y/n-san, that must be rough, having the shrimp sleep on you like that."

Daichi smiles when he sees it. "I guess we know who Hinata's favorite is."

Sugawara nodded. "He hasn't woken up this entire time."

Kageyama glared at the short middle blocker. "Boke."

Hinata squirms in his sleep, moving his arms and wrapping them around you. He gives a light squeeze before moving himself even closer to you. A large smile appears in his face as he snuggles up to you.

The rest of the team starts laughing.

Asahi lets out a sigh. "Hinata really thinks L/n is comfy."

Nishinoya just stared at you and the first year. "I wish I could do something like that. Hey, Y/n-chan, why don't we ride next to each other the next time we come to Tokyo."

You sigh. "Maybe. We'll just have to see the next time we get on the bus."

Kiyoko chuckled. "You're starting to wish you sat by yourself, aren't you."

You deadpan at the older manager. "I'm regretting my life choices, yes."

Yachi offers a shy smile. "But he looks happy that you chose to sit with him. He was so excited when you asked him."

"I know. Though, I would've thought there'd be more talking on this ride. I didn't expect him to fall asleep on me so soon in the trip."

Everyone starts laughing at that, even Takeda and Ukai. The bus ride continues, you all decide to rest up a bit before you get back to the school. You rest your head on top of Hinata's, slowly closing you eyes.
