You get up early in the morning, none of the other managers were awake yet. You got changed and left the room, heading straight for the kitchen. That's when you run into someone else that was being quiet this early in the morning.

You spoke with a soft voice. "Good morning, Kenma."

The setter look at you with his golden eyes. "Morning, Y/n. Making breakfast already?"

You nod. "You know I like to get an early start on things.

Kenma nods. "Would you like any help?"

"You don't have to help. I can handle it all on my own. I won't stop you if you want to help, though."

He gives a small smile. "Let me give you a hand for a bit. Cooking for so many people is a lot of work, it seems kind of exhausting."

"Alright." You smile brightly at him.

You two walk into the kitchen. You immediately grab everything you're going to need in order to make breakfast for all of the teams. You keep a smile on your face as you start cooking up the first meal of the day. You were happy to always get this kind of time to yourself, even if Kenma did end up joining in for a bit. You didn't mind, his company was actually pleasant.

Kenma silently watched as you took full control of all of the cooking. "You really are the best at doing all of this by yourself."

You look over at him. "Thanks. I always cook by myself at home. I rather like getting up early to make all this food for everything. It's all worth it when I see the happy looks on their faces while they eat."

"You really are a nice person. It's easy to see why many guys end up liking you. I think even Bokuto and Akaashi might be seeing you in a more romantic way. They were impressed with how you kept up with Bokuto to send him tosses last night."

You look back to the food, your smile disappearing. "Romantic, huh?"

Kenma noticed your change in behavior. "Is something wrong?"

You look up, tensing up slightly. "It's nothing. Just a little thought I was having."

Kuroo had just woken up and noticed Kenma was gone. The third year got up, got dressed, and headed out of the room the Nekoma team was staying in. He walks down to the kitchen, finding you and the setter inside together.

The middle blocker smiled, walking into the room. "Hey, you two."

You jump, whipping around to face him. "Oh, good morning, Kuroo-san."

Kuroo grins at you. "Good morning, Y/n. Kenma, this is where you've been going a lot. Are you two enjoying yourselves?"

You nod. "We are. Is there any reason why you're here, Kuroo-san?"

He shakes his head, leaning up against a nearby wall. "Just making sure you two are alright. Ever since you first came to this training camp, you've been making meals for all of us quite often. Do you belong in the kitchen, or what?"

You don't look at him, focusing on making breakfast. "I just like cooking. It makes me happy to see people happy and enjoying the food I make for them."

Kuroo smirks, walking further into the kitchen after moving away from the wall. "You're going to make a good wife for someone one day."

You feel your face heat up. "What are you even talking about?"

"Oh, come on. Every guy at this training camp would kill to have a girl that would willingly cook for them every day. You're every guy's dream girl."

You refused to look at him, knowing he'd find a way of making fun of you. "You're talking nonsense."

Kuroo chuckled. "I'm serious. So many of the guys loved your cooking so much that they talk about trying to ask you out. You should see the look on your third year setter's face when he hears them talking about you. He looks ready to beat them to a bloody pulp."

You flinched, not knowing the extent to Sugawara's feelings for you. "I see."

Kuroo leans up against the wall once more. "Well, I guess jealousy is to be expected when he's known you longer. He probably feels that he's the only one with the right to ask you out. I hear he's unhappy that you're in a relationship with someone that isn't him."

You clenched your hands into fists, biting your bottom lip. You knew how Sugawara felt, probably more than anyone else. "It's only a few more months. Soon, Oikawa and I won't be together. This bet will end and Koushi can ask me out."

Kuroo's eyes widened, his mouth forming an o shape. "So, that's how it is. The feelings are mutual. I see. Good luck with that."

He leaves without saying another word. You continue cooking, giving that your full attention. Kenma just looks at you, feeling like he heard something he wasn't supposed to.
