When everyone else woke up, they immediately followed their noses. Everyone could smell the breakfast you were making. They all saw you, alone with Kenma in the kitchen. The Nekoma setter offered to help you a bit, not in the mood to play his game any longer. Nekoma stared with wide eyes at their setter actually helping you. They were surprised, since Kenma had never acted that way before.

Kuroo ended up with a smile on his face as he walked up to get his food. "Kenma, you're helping out with breakfast today?"

Kenma didn't look at anyone, keeping his gaze down. "I go tup early and saw Y/n making food. I just offered to help, since she was being nice about letting me play my video games in peace. I would've felt bad if I hadn't offered to help."

The Nekoma captain beamed at his friend. "Well, I'm glad you're making friends with other teams. Breakfast smells good, by the way."

You smile at the tall boy. "Thank you, Kuroo-san. Please take as much as you'd like. Enjoy your food."

He nods, filling up a plate with everything you had made, even grabbing a fruit cup. "Thank you for making the food." He walks off, heading to a table to start eating.

One by one, every one of the guys at the training camp gets their food, sitting down to enjoy their breakfast. Even the other managers eagerly lined up to have some of the food you made by yourself, or rather the food you made with Kenma lending you a hand.

You and Kenma were the last ones to grab plates of food. You smile at each other, before heading over to sit with the Karasuno and Nekoma teams. Everyone looked with wide eyes as you two sit beside each other, Kenma sitting beside Hinata as well.

Hinata beamed, seeing you two get along. "I knew you and Kenma would get along well, Y/n-senpai."

You smile at the orange haired boy. "You were right. Kenma's company is quite nice. He even offered to help me cook without me saying anything."

Kenma smiled slightly, nodding along with your words. "Y/n is actually pleasant to be around early in the morning. Maybe we could do this again sometime, right, Y/n."

Sugawara frowned. "No way. Are you just a setter magnet, Y/n?"

You chuckle. "I don't think Kenma likes me the same way you and Oikawa like me, Koushi."

Kenma shakes his head. "She already explained that situation. She's great to be around, but I wouldn't date her, personally."

You shake your head. "Kenma doesn't seem like the type to want a relationship."

"I don't, and I appreciate you recognizing that, Y/n."

Kuroo just stared with wide eyes, his mouth agape. "It is shocking to have Kenma get along with other people, though. But, I'm glad that he's making friends."

Yaku nods. "It's great that Kenma is getting along well with some of you from Karasuno."

Sugawara's frown grows. "I'd like to have time with her, too."

Kenma looks up at the older setter. "You can have her. I just want some quiet time first thing in the morning."

You giggle. "So relatable. Can I steal your setter in the mornings?" You turn to the Nekoma team.

Kuroo grins. "You know what, take him. As long as he gets his socializing in, I don't care what he does while the rest of us are still asleep in the morning."

Kenma smiles at you. "Maybe I can help you cook during the week long training camp."

Sugawara cuts into the conversation once again. "No way. I think I'll start waking up to spend time with Y/n."

You look over at your friend. "Jealousy doesn't look good on you, Koushi."

"Then stop hanging with every guy that isn't me."

You deadpan. "I'm dating someone else. Don't act is if you're my jealous boyfriend."

The silver haired setter grumbles to himself. "In October, I'll be your boyfriend."

"Wait until then to act jealous."

The other guys just stared at you two.

Yaku raised a brow. "Wait, Sugawara and Y/n aren't dating?"

You shake your head. "I'm dating a different third year setter from our prefecture."

Hinata chimed in. "She lost a bet to him, so she's forced to be his girlfriend."

Kuroo raised a brow. "What bet did you lose?"

The Karasuno guys went silent, all of them getting dark looks on their faces.

You rub the back of your head. "Well, the bet was that Karasuno would beat this team from the school called Aoba Johsai, which this guy is the setter for. If we had won, Oikawa would've bowed to these guys and say that he's a worse setter than Koushi. If we lost, I'd have to be Oikawa's girlfriend until the prefecture qualifiers for the spring nationals."

All of Nekoma went silent at the realization. They all muttered apologies to you and the rest of Karasuno.

Kageyama held a determined look on his face. "We won't lose to them again. The next time we face Aoba Johsai, we'll win."

You look over at him, appreciation in your eyes. "Thanks, Kageyama-kun. I believe you guys can beat them."
