Chapter-64

Author's POV

Parul locked the door and took meek steps towards the bed, her bed but he owned it as of now.

After she said those beautiful words, Shiva dragged her upstairs and ordered her to lock the door.

He impatiently waited for her as she took her own time to lock the door and join him, in the bed.

" Here..." he tapped the space next to him as she stood before him like a fool.

Nodding her head, she sat next to him.

" Look at me Paaru" Shiva sounded quite playful.

Inhaling sharply, she looked at him. Their eyes connected.

He looked unusually calm and she was sad.

Pulling her face closer to his, he pressed his lips on hers and pulled back immediately.

She thought he was going to kiss her harshly but nope.

" Heavens" he groaned, his eyes dancing with satisfaction.

Pressing his lips on hers again, he kissed her passionately.

Parul clutched onto his shoulders as he pulled her hair gently and deepened the kiss.

" I love you Fia" his forehead rested against hers.

" I...I missed you so much...I thought...I..." Shiva couldn't bring himself to say those words. The thought of losing her scared the shit out of him. He couldn't imagine something like that. It made him breathless.

His statement made her breathless more than the kiss did.

When she didn't say anything, he pulled back and stared at her, intensely.

" Submit to me" he said curtly looking at her sternly.

She was taken aback.

Submit?

She didn't understand.

" What? What do you mean?" she was genuinely lost.

Shiva didn't seem to like her confusion.

It was simple.

What does submission mean?

" The literal meaning fia" he was quite annoyed.

Involuntarily her lips were dragged in between her teeth, biting it slightly.

He wanted complete submission from her if not love.

" It's...it's unfair..." She accused, tears threatening to spill down.

His brows arched, and he looked surprised, in a mocking way.

" Who is talking to fairness?" he mocked, the annoyance was clear in his eyes.

Her eyes cast down. She didn't understand why he was mocking her.

" You shouldn't be talking about being fair and unfair, Paaru" This time there was no mocking. He seemed serious, pretty pissed off too.

Her eyes snapped towards him,

" What did I do?" she demanded, she wanted to know what was making him say that.

Shiva smirked.

" Isn't it unfair that you are not even considering giving me, my love a chance?" accusation laced his tone. If she hadn't noticed, she would have failed to catch the glimpse of hurt flickering in his chocolate-brown eyes.
