Chapter-33
Author's POV
Shiva ignored her gaze and looked at his Gold and Black Rolex. It was 2 at midnight.
" You should leave...I'll stay here!" he declared, looking at Sameer, Raman and Parul.
Parul immediately shook her head to which he didn't give a damn.
Sameer thought it was reasonable. After all, Raman wanted to rest. He was worried about his health.
" Yes, bhai is right. Dada...you should get some rest" he added.
Parul nodded, agreeing with him.
Shiva let the three discuss and walked to the corner, holding his phone.
He called Bheema, who accompanied him to the hospital. He was waiting for his boss at the entrance. He asked him to escort Parul's family to their home.
" Sameer...my friend is waiting downstairs...you all can leave. I will take care of the rest!" it was again a declaration.
Parul shook her head.
" Thatha...he is right... Sameer take him home. I'll be staying here, Shiva will leave too" Parul didn't want to leave her grandmother alone. Not with Shiva.
Shiva arched his brow demanding her to leave but she didn't back off.
" Then I am not going home.
I cannot let you be alone here!" Raman shook his head in disagreement.A proud smirk appeared on his lips. He knew Raman wouldn't agree for her to stay here. And that's what he needed too.
" Didi...are you serious? Let Shiva bhai stay here or you stay with him!" Sameer sounded quite annoyed, and Raman nodded.
Parul's eyes widened.
Do you know what you are suggesting???
His smirk widened looking at her face.
" Okay, Sam! I will be staying with him. Now, leave... thatha needs to rest!" she groaned, slapping his arms slightly.
Shiva had no problem with that.
He'd be more than happy to spend alone time with her.
Without delaying further, Shiva led them to the car and Bheema drove off from there.
Parul sighed watched the disappearing car and then, walked back to the third floor silently.
Many things were running in her mind. She didn't know what to say or how to respond.
Thank you would be an understatement. But if she doesn't thank him, it'd be rude and unjust.
Shiva knew she was thinking about him and honestly, he was more than happy.
" Are you gonna sit here all night or come with me?" he snapped his fingers in front of her face, bringing her out of the trance.
She blinked her eyes, shaking her head.
" Uh..hmmm.. where?" she was confused.
He didn't answer, his eyes darted towards the right. She followed his gaze. It was a VIP ward which meant, they could stay in a separate room.
She wanted to say yes but then, he won't let her be. The idea didn't seem appealing anymore.
She shook her head slowly. Shiva knew this would be her response and he didn't seem surprised or angry.
