Chapter-93
Author's POV
Without thinking much, Parul turned aside to leave. That was all it took for Shiva to pounce at her like a hungry lion.
She was startled by the sudden push.
Shiva didn't give her any time to react. His lips came crashing down on hers. He was kissing her furiously.
A sharp bite on her bottom lip forced her to open her mouth. A painful moan muffled inside his mouth as he thrust his tongue, pulling her hair harshly to deepen the kiss.
She tasted alcohol on his tongue. It was disgusting for her.
Parul tried to break free from the kiss but Shiva wasn't willing to leave her mouth anytime soon.
She pawed at his chest, forcing him back but Shiva didn't even budge. Her struggles infuriated his anger. He grabbed her butt and squeezed it roughly as she struggled more.
Tears streamed down her eyes as he punished her in the form of a kiss.
Shiva poured out all his frustration into that kiss. He was almost chewing her lips.
He left her mouth when he tasted blood. It was his own. Parul had enough and she bit his upper lip sharply, purposefully to hurt him.
And he broke the kiss, hissing in pain.
Parul coughed while trying to catch her breath. He was bothered that she was crying because of the kiss. It was all that bothered him.
" Don't you fucking walk away when I am talking? You heard me?" He growled startling her yet again.
Parul looked at him with anger-filled eyes.
" I will...I will...you heard me...I will walk away..." Her patience was long gone. The moment he forcefully kissed her, all the patience left through the door.
Shiva scoffed and then a dark chuckle reverberated in the room.
Parul stumbled back as he took a dangerous stride towards her.
As much as he enjoyed her boldness, it infuriated his anger tonight.
His fists clenched as he looked into her terrified honey-brown eyes. All he could see was her. Jennifer.
" I hate those eyes..." These words left his mouth even before he tried to stop himself.
She didn't miss the loathe that flickered in his eyes.
She was genuinely taken aback, not in a good way. It felt like she was hit by a truck.
Her lips wobbled. Tears escaped her eyes. She would've shrugged it off thinking that he was drunk and probably didn't mean it, if not for his eyes.
The loathe and disdain were clear as crystal.
Shiva realised that she was hurt but he was too drunk to make out anything.
She took a step back and another step but Shiva caught her wrists and pulled her onto his chest.
" Why didn't you tell me the truth?" He hissed in her face, gripping her hands tightly.
She yelped and blinked her eyes to clear her vision. She wanted to look into his eyes but his previous statement rang in her ears.
She didn't want to see that emotion in his eyes flickering again while he looked at her.
" What truth?" She managed to ask as he increased his grip on her wrist. It was her cue to answer. To respond.
She heard him scoffing. Parul didn't know why he was behaving so indifferently.
