Chapter -105
Parul's POV
" Paaru, I have to tell you something"
" It's about my past"
" That woman, Jennifer...she is my ex-girlfriend" his eyes were focused on the ceiling, he looked distant.
" The same woman who killed your parents..."
" We dated for two years...and she was cheating on me during the whole period. I broke up with her and then...she must've crashed into your parents' car"
" Paaru..."
"Haan?"
" I might seem pathetic but I never loved anyone as much as I love you, never"
" Hey!! Wake up...can you hear me?" a distant voice sounded. I could feel someone shaking me, gently.
It's dark—wherever I am.
Where is Shiva?
" Open your eyes..." it's not Shiva's voice. It's the voice of a woman.
I tried opening my eyes but the sharp pain searing through my head forced me to close my eyes shut.
" It seems pretty bad"
" The cut is not that deep but it has to be bandaged"
" Slowly open your eyes"
From what I can comprehend, it's three different people. Two old people and one adult.
Two female and one male.
Who are they?
Shiva's men?
I slowly opened my eyes. It was blurry at first. I saw three faces leaning closer, their lips were moving. They are telling me that it's okay—I'm fine.
I closed my eyes and opened them again.
This time I could clearly see them. The first thing that I saw was the chocolate brown eyes. My brows dropped.
Where am I?
I looked around and the sharp pain came back again, forcing me to lay back.
It was then I realised I was lying on the ground—muddy ground.
Someone helped me to sit and the other person gave me some water. I was so thirsty that I had no time to notice that I was drinking from a muddy glass.
As the cold content ran down my parched throat, the burning sensation died down.
Why was I so thirsty?
Wait?
Where am I?
When I was about to put it down, I saw the glass and then analysed the surroundings.
I'm sitting against the tree, a big tree. There are many trees around and as far as my eyes could see, I can only see one house. It's very small.
" How are you feeling?" I was brought out of the trance by a soft voice. When I looked at her, the world around me stopped.
It's the same eyes. Same shade.
The shade that can hold my breath. The one that takes my soul and heart away. The ones that make my heart and mind battle.
Chocolate brown shade.
My eyes widened. What am I looking at?
Her eyes look so much like my husband's. Her skin is fair, Shiva has olive skin. They share the same colour of eyes. Apt. Her hair is silky and black. He has curly hair. Her face is round unlike Shiva's.
