Beware of the forest.

"What!? Camping in Aokigahara!? Are you crazy!?" I was in the kitchen baking with Navia when we heard Noelle shouting from the living room. "What the hell?"

Noelle was in the living room with Venti, Diona, and Jean. I walked to the living room with a whisk in my hand while leaning against the door frame. "What happened?" Noelle immediately pointed her finger at Venti, "he wants all of us to go camping in Aokigahara."

"Oh come on! You make it sound like I'm the bad guy." He buried his face in one of the cushions on the couch. "Well, I think-" I was interrupted by the door which suddenly burst open revealing Yelan and the others. "We brought snacks!" She walked in and sat on the couch, "what happened here?" Wario kissed my cheek, "I bought your favorite snack." He gave me the plastic bag and stood next to me.

"Well, I have this idea to go camping." Yelan nods in approval, "Aokigahara." But she immediately stopped when that word came out of Venti's mouth. "You kidding?"

"Nope." Venti grabbed a bag of chips from a plastic bag on the table and opened it, "so you guys in or not?" The room went silent, only the sound of Venti eating chips could be heard. Wrio turned to look at me. "Do you want to come?" I shrugged, "I don't know."

"Oh come on guys! It'll be fun if you guys watch too many movies." Sara groaned. "Besides spending our holiday in our headquarters sounds boring, so why not try new things? No hard feelings, y/n, I love this mansion." I rolled my eyes, "Yeah, try new things, more like trying to kill ourselves on our holiday!"

"I'M OUT," Chiori shouted from her room. "Fine, we stick together, and if any of you go missing, I blame you, Venti."

I went back to the kitchen while Venti called for the others to come.

"Why do I feel like I'm going to regret this?" I said as I put our things in the minivan. "You'll be fine y/n, I'll protect you." Wrio suddenly appeared next to me, "What if you disappear?" Both of us stopped what we were doing and stared at each other, "I can't lose you."

"You-" suddenly Chiori interrupted us, putting her bag in the van. "Chiori? You come with us?" She nodded, "I need inspiration for my fashion design, my teacher said it needs to involve nature."

"Wrio!" Neuvillette called his name from the backyard. "Hey y/n, everything's gonna be okay." He kissed my head before running towards the backyard.

After some time, we finally finished with our stuff. We drove 3 vans since our van only had 12 seats each. "I just realized my mansion is huge, I mean 36 of you in one house. Unbelievable."

"Ok, let's check names! When I call you, please raise your hand immediately!" Venti bounced up and down, he's super excited. "Zhongli, me, Hu Tao, Navia, Neuvillette, Haitham, Wrio, Xianyun, Clorinde, Furi, Yelan, Chiori, Scara, Jean, Diona, Shenhe, Ganyu, Benny, Xiao, Keqing, Lisa, Kaeya, Diluc, Cyno, Tighnari, Miko, Ei, Nahida, Xingqiu, Xiangling, Chongyun, Yoi, Gaming, NingNing, Beidou, and y/n."

"Wait! Isn't that forest a restricted area?" Tighnari blocked our way to the van. "I bet y/n knows someone who can get us in." What Xingqiu said is true. I do know someone who can get us in. "Yup."

Neuvillette drove the 2nd van, Alhaitham the 1st van, and Wrio the 3rd van, while I was sitting in the front next to Wrio. After a while, we arrived in front of a guest house near the forest. "Before I go in, I just want to make sure that this is what you want," I asked them a second after all of us got out of our van. "No answers? I'll take that as a yes."

I went inside and was immediately greeted by one of my friends, Ayaka. "Y/n, it's so nice to see you." She hugged me, "What brings you here?" I gulped before I told her my purpose for coming here. She didn't agree at first, but after I persuaded her, she was willing to do it.

"Beware of the forest, y/n." That was her last word before we went to the forest on foot. We already grabbed our camping equipment, of course, before we walked into the forest. "Let's just stay near the entrance so we don't get lost," Nahida added. "You are no fun, Nahida, we want a horror experience." Scara butted in.

"Goddammit, for fuck's sake!" I grabbed Scara's collar while he just smirked at me. "Shut that fucking mouth of yours, we do it here, and if you don't want it, go move your ass from here and go somewhere else because I don't give a shit about you."

I pushed him and he just stared at me, "What? Got a problem with that?" I dropped my bag, preparing to build my tent, and the others began to make their tents, while Scara made his tent a little far from us but still visible to our eyes.

Day turned into night, and everyone had dinner under the beautiful sky full of stars. Well, not everyone. It seems that Scara is still in a bad mood since we fought. "You should go and talk to him," Wrio nudged my shoulder.

"Seriously, that kid." I sighed and stood up with two bowls of soup in my hand. I walked to him. I guessed he could sense my presence because if I hadn't blocked his way to the tent, he wouldn't talk to me or even see me.

"I'm sorry. I was harsh." He grabbed one of the bowls in my hand, "It's fine, it was my fault." Finally, he was willing to talk. We continue to eat our soup in front of his tent gazing at the stars. After we finished eating, I grabbed our empty bowls, "so we're good?" He nodded, "We're good." I smiled relieved before both of us went back to our own tent.

"See, that wasn't so bad. Now go to sleep because tomorrow will be a long day." Wrio took the empty bowls and insisted that he'd do the dishes. "Goodnight Y/n."

In the morning as I woke up from my deep slumber, I heard a commotion outside and Wrio wasn't next to me either. "Guys? What's wrong?" As I walked out of my tent, Hu Tao suddenly came running toward me with her teary eyes and panicked face, "Y/N! HAT GUY IS MISSING!"
