Al -mom, damn it-. Mom reacted as you'd guessed. She was more of the yelling type, and the 'I can't believe this' type, but she's calmed down now. I just put my phone down, because even when she wasn't on speaker, you could hear her throughout the whole house.

"Yeah, I'll visit soon", she wrapped up the conversation.

"Thanks mom, see you soon", I said while I hung up.

"She can yell, damn", Leah rubbed her ears.

"Yeah, imagine being Tobin. I'm surprised she doesn't have hearing aids", I laughed.

"Yeah. Look, Lou. Are you sure you're up for this? I know Felix asked you to play, but if you think it's too soon... What I'm trying to say is that you don't need to be ashamed to put your mental health first", Leah put her hands on my waist. I play in goal, so I'm tall. And even with Leah, I had a few inches on her. So even when she wanted to, she couldn't reach my neck without being slightly uncomfortable.

"I really appreciate your concern, but I think I can do this. Look, not to be rude, but our last day together just started. Can we just do something, anything together? To distract me from everything. You know, Noah, your family, you leaving later today...", I sighed sadly. I really enjoyed our time together.

"Alright, then. What would you like to do?", she asked me.

"I don't really know to be honest. We could stay in, watch a movie. But then we'll risk seeing your family or Felix around. With that I mean them spying on us", I said. We still haven't made the post. We decided to make it after we told our family today. We didn't want them to find out officially on social media.

"A movie sounds nice to be fair. You know what we could do? Just tell them now, so when they see us all snuggled up... again, they won't make comments or ask questions", Leah suggested. That actually doesn't sound bad, why not?

"Let's do it", I grinned like an idiot.

"I'll just send a text in the groupchat, I don't feel like yelling today", she said. Oh yeah, we have a groupchat. Everyone is in it, Amanda, David, Jacob, Felix, we are, Noah is. Was.

"I'm curious who'll respond first", I butted in.

New message: Leah

Leah: Hey guys, can you all come downstairs if you want? Louise and I want to say something...

*Liked by Felix, David*

"Of course Felix was first. That boy has serious troubles about wanting to know what's going on in other people's lives", I said. I tried to make it sound as disgusted as possible for the chance that he'd probably already be listening behind the door. And boy was I right.

"I'm not nosy if that's what you're implying!", he shouted through the living door, which was closed by the way.

"You want to say that again after eavesdropping?", I shot right back at him.

"Anyways...", he just said while he sat down.

"I thought so", I smiled satisfied.

"Quit annoying your brother", Leah poked me.

"Are you taking his side now?", I tried to sound as offended as possible. I even made all the dramatic hand signatures.

"You bet I am. Look at that innocent face, how could I not?", Leah said while she squished his cheeks.

"You said you had something to tell us?", he asked inpatient.

"Yes, 'us', you say correctly. Do you see the rest yet?", I asked sarcastically.
