Born on February 29th, 2022, Lotte Dahl graduated with a BS in Political Science from the University of Oslo in 2043. The next year, she enlisted in the Norwegian Armed Forces and was assigned to the Norwegian Joint Headquarters. In 2048, Dahl was recruited by the Norwegian Intelligence Service. Within the NIS, she became an expert in infiltration and sabotage and was a model field agent. In 2051, Dahl discovered the Inner Circle while handling intercepts for the CIA at the Norwegian Joint Headquarters. As she learned more about the collective, she discovered and embraced their cause. Understanding that Scandinavia would become a battlefront that would not survive a war between the United States and the Neo-Soviet Union on either side, she sought Inner Circle out to offer her services.
