Born and raised in Dover, Richard Monro claimed to be the descendant of the British Commander who fought and died the Seven Years War, Colonel George Monro, who inspired the book The Last of the Mohicans. He studied technology, and decided to create an A.I., named Hades, like the Greek Underworld King. He called his project Hell King Project. His reasons for this arrogant and control obsessive project is because he studied and inspired by the Patriots and shared some ideas with Sebastian Krueger about control. Herny held a deep hatred and resentment towards Monro for letting Hades interfearing Los Dioses Gemellos Project.
