At some point, Julie joined the Tacitus Corporation. During her time there she created a Celerium worm, capable of decrypting quantam entanglement computing. Sometime shortly before the main story began, she resigned from Tacitus. For her role in Celerium, FDM and Templar Group were looking for her. She's Chloe Lynch's daugther. After Rorke and Javier were arrested, Julie began working with the CIA operatives Jack Mason and Cole Woods, while providing help for the G.H.O.S.T.
