Born in Florida, Edwin Decker lost his mother at the age of 19. So he decided to defect to the Federation. He was assigned in Task Force Predator, A.K.A. the Demons. Despite the fact he looks like a clown, he's very dangerous and cunning, earning the codename Hiena. He enjoys taunting Lobo and Lynx, much to their annoyance. He's Logan's nemesis and rival. Hiena mockingly calls Logan "his Batman", while Logan jokingly calls Hiena "Joker cosplayer".
