Younger brother of General Rodrigo Flores and uncle of Lucia Flores, Camillo is the founder and former commander of Los Serpientes Blancos. He's a master of CQC and of ninjutsu. He got his training under a former Diamond Dog mercenary with the codename Crawling Viper. He worked alongside the Ghosts to fight against Alfonso Almagro and the Demons. He was part of Project Caesar. Jordan James informed Camillo that Rorke captured Logan, to brainwash him. So Camillo and Martin conducted an operation to rescue Logan, alongside Lucia and Jordan. They contributed in arresting Almagro, however he escaped from the Federation. In 2029, when they were returning to the base at Vallegrande, Santa Cruz, it was under attack from Rorke and his men. Lucia, Martin and Jordan managed to survive, however Logan got captured again and Camillo got mortaly wounded due to an explosion. Believing he was dead, Lucia was deeply hurt and sad. However, he got rebuilt by Jordan to save him. He was turned into a Cyber Ninja.
