A former U.S. Ranger and Vice-Commander of the Demons. Isaac lost his family and a fiance, some friends turned against him. He discovered that it was all the Patriots A.I.'s doing. Then he was rescued by Revolver Ocelot, who went by the name Liquid Ocelot. Ocelot taught him CQC, he encouraged Isaac to fight for what he truly believes and that revenge is meaningless. He became friends with Frank Martin, but betrayed Frank and his father. However, he never wanted Frank or his father dead. After the Guns of the Patriots Incident, he became a mercenary, then Alfonso Almagro offered him a place in the Old Federation's army, which Isaac accepted. He and Rorke founded Task Force Predator, A.K.A. the Demons, where he served as the Vice-Commander. He trained Lynx, Lobo, Hiena and Diablo. He's a master of CQC and a cunning strategist. After the Federation War, The Demons were disbanded, but Isaac escaped and disappeared. Then he secretly reformed the Outer Heaven's faction. He earned the codename White Boss. He proclaimed himself the successor of Big Boss and Liquid Snake.

Isaac: We will forsake our countries. We will leave our motherlands behind us and become one with this earth. We have no nation, no philosophy, no ideology. We go where we're needed, fighting not for country, not for government, but for ourselves. We have no reason to fight. We fight because we are needed. We will be the deterrent for those with no other recourse. We are soldiers without borders, our purpose defined by the era we live in. We will succeed were the legendary Big Boss, Liquid Snake and his doppelganger, Liquid Ocelot failed. We will sometimes have to sell ourselves and services, like our predecessors did before us. If the times demand it, we'll be revolutionaries, criminals, terrorists. And yes, we may all be headed straight to hell. But what better place for us than this? It's our only home. A home where we fight for what we truly believe. This is Big Boss' nation for soldiers. Our heaven and our hell. This is Outer Heaven.
