Two days later, Donald and Leo were in the lab, explaining the next mission to the bionic trio and their protector.

- "Guys, I need to prep you for a very important mission, and to demonstrate, Leo..." The father started.

- "Anh-Danh. Mission Specialist Dooley." The short boy corrected. "Will be adding a little more audiovisual "pizzazzle" to the usual snooze-fest." He swiped his tablet's screen to display fireworks on the computer's screen. Everyone frowned. "Hey, you want a show? Kick in the dough."

- "Tonight I'm sending you to gather intelligence." The scientist told to the bionic trio.

- "Oh, you hear that, Adam? You'd better bring a big basket." Chase smirked.

Maddie covered her mouth to prevent her laughter.

- "Leo." Donald said to the Dooley boy, who showed a picture of a warehouse. "I was satellite-scouting industrial sites when I found this warehouse that I think is a front for environmental criminals." He explained. "See these barrels? They're full of toxic chemicals. They're expensive to dispose of properly, so they're probably just gonna dump them into the sea."

- "Which could harm ocean life and obliterate the coastline." Leo continued.

Bree laughed, hysterically, and they all turned to look at her.

- "Owen, you are so sweet. Yes, I will "Bree" your valentine." She said to her phone.

Ugh, Owen. The alien girl, mentally, gagged. I don't understand how she can be into him.

- "See, he took my name and..." The bionic girl turned to her family.

We got it. The Matthews girl rolled her eyes.

- "Yeah, we got it." The genius boy replied, irritated.

- "Even I got it." Adam said, annoyed, before, turning to Leo and invisible Maddie. "I didn't get it."

Shocking. The genius girl smiled.

- "What is going on?" The father asked.

- "She's talking to Owen again." The tall guy said.

- "He's an artist, and he claims that Bree is his muse." The youngest Davenport explained, mockingly.

If you can call him an artist. Maddie frowned.

- "Well, I for one, am not a-mused." The scientist replied. Leo played a 'Wah-wah-wah' tone on his tablet. The alien girl, silently, chuckled. "Gimme that!" He snatched his son's tablet from his hands. "And you, off the phone!" He ordered his daughter.

- "Ugh! Fine. Just tell us what you invented, what went wrong, and how long until it blows up." The Davenport girl replied, annoyed.

This is pretty accurate of most missions. The genius girl snickered.

Chase frowned and turned his head, towards the Matthews girl who was standing, invisible, next to Leo. What was that?

Shit. Maddie froze.

I probably imagined it. The genius boy shrugged.

The genius girl, mentally, sighed, in relief.

- "Look, the police cannot bust these guys without evidence, so I need you to sneak in there and gather samples." Donald explained. "Show 'em the barrel." The mission specialist unveiled a barrel. "Now, there's only one safe way to get the samples, and Leo..."

- "Ahem." Leo cleared his throat.

- "Sorry. 'Mission Specialist Dooley' will demonstrate." The father mocked. "First, take the canister and attach it to the spout. Push down and turn 45 degrees..." Leo struggled to turn the canister, and Donald pushed it instead. "...to create an airtight seal. Then pull the handle."
