A few days later, the mentors walked through a portal, supporting Leo.

- "Easy, easy, easy." Adam said.

- "You know, this would be a lot easier without you saying 'easy' every two seconds." Chase replied.

- "Sorry. Careful, careful, careful." The tall guy added.

- "Uh-oh. Did Leo blow chunks on the hydraloop again?" Bob walked in.

- "No. We were on a mission and I hurt my ankle." The middle brother frowned. "We didn't even take the hydraloop."

- "Thanks to you." The genius boy wrapped his arm around the shoulders of the girl he loved.

Maddie smiled. He's so cute.

- "We were evacuating a steel mill when the roof collapsed." The green hazel-eyed boy explained to the students.

- "We were pinned down. Maddie was protecting two people, so Leo had to jump over an industrial grinder to save us." Bree added.

- "Are you, guys, okay?" Jason asked.

- "We're fine. Don't worry." Chase patted his shoulder.

- "Good." Chloe hugged his waist.

The genius boy smiled softly as he caressed her back.

The alien girl looked at them, in awe.

- "I'm glad, you're okay." Alison said.

The Kranes walked away.

- "Come on, buddy. Let's get you to the infirmary and get that leg checked out." The green hazel-eyed boy told his brother.

- "Would you quit fussing? I'm a grown man. I don't need you to baby me." Leo frowned. Tasha walked in. "Mommy!" He hugged her, tightly.

- "Hi, mom." The mentor siblings, simultaneously, said.

- "Hi, Tasha." The Matthews girl smiled.

- "Hey." The mother hugged the mentors. "Oh, I came as soon as you texted me."

- "I'm not gonna lie. This is a grade-A boo-boo." The middle brother replied.

- "Wow. Your manhood is really non-existent." Maddie said.

Leo glared at her.

- "We better get you to your room. Where is your room?" The Davenport woman asked.

- "Oh, the other side of the island." Chase replied.

- "Still can't believe you guys got your own island. For Valentine's Day, all I got was a lousy t-shirt that said 'I married Donald'." Tasha sighed.

I will never do that to my spouse. The genius boy thought.

- "Wait, you guys are married? I just thought you came over a lot to see us." The eldest frowned.

Everyone frowned.

- "You gotta kick him a little to get him to react, Tasha." The alien girl said. "You know that mom would have."

- "Your mother might have kicked me for accepting the t-shirt." The mother chuckled.

- "Definitely." The middle brother nodded.

The next day, Leo was sitting on the couch with his ankle propped up on a pillow. He decided to stay here, so he would be in the main room and not alone in his new bedroom.
