The next day, Chase was setting something up while cackling maniacally.

- "Okay, what is with all the happy, squeaky hamster noises?" Bree asked. "Did you finally grow a chest hair?" She mocked.

- "No! I grew two." The genius boy smirked. "Actually, this is a little something I like to call 'Adam's payback'." He explained.

- "For what?" The bionic girl chuckled.

- "Don't you remember what happened last Thursday?" The youngest sibling asked.

- "Oh, yeah." The Davenport laughed.

The previous week, the three older siblings were standing, in their living room.

- "Adam, there is no way you can clear that counter." Leo pointed to the kitchen counter across the room.

- "I can reach that easy." Adam said.

- "I've seen him do it." Bree replied.

- "Hey." Chase walked in. "What you guys talkin' about?" He asked.

- "This." The tall guy grabbed his youngest brother and threw him across the room.

- "Aaah!" The genius brother groaned in pain as he slammed into the chairs at the counter.

- "Told you." The short boy smirked at his sister.

- "Oh, yeah. We all love the 'bionic brother toss'." Bree said, amused.

- "Yeah? Well, let's see how he likes this." Chase replied.

The two eldest brothers walked in. The genius brother grinned as he hid with a controller. Leo stepped over the looped rope, on the floor.

- "Trap." He said.

Adam stepped in the looped rope.

- "Trap what?" He frowned. The youngest sibling pushed a button, causing his eldest brother to be suspended by one foot. "Whoa!"

- "Oh, yes! It worked! Now let's see how you like being relentlessly manhandled!" The green hazel-eyed boy exclaimed. His older siblings frowned at him. "That came out wrong."

- "Oh, the trap was on the floor." The tall guy chuckled.

- "Yep, and now we're gonna play a game called 'Human Piñata'. But instead of candy, we're gonna guess what Adam had for lunch." Chase explained.

- "Ironically, I'm guessing it's candy." The short boy replied.

The Davenport girl nodded.

Definitely. The genius boy thought.

- "You're forgetting one thing, Chase. I can use my heat vision to break free." Adam severed the rope with his heat vision, and fell on the console upside down and, then, on the floor. "Aah! Ohh!" He got up with his left arm hanging unnaturally around his shoulders. "Ha! Nice try!"

Oh my god. The green hazel-eyed boy thought.

- "Um... Adam?" Bree got up, worried, and pointed to his arm.
