Claire and Maddison were helping Tasha Dooley, now Davenport and her son Leo pack up their last things. Tasha just married this man, Donald Davenport, the day before. He's a scientist and a billionaire.

After Maddison learn how to control her powers and got used to her new identity, she went to school and met Leo in first grade. He was her first friend on Earth. The two have been inseparable ever since. Claire and Tasha met through their kids and hit it off instantly. The mothers are best friends as well as the kids.

Tasha and Claire being single mothers, they helped each other every time the other needed. Tasha's parents and sister welcomed the Matthews with open arms as they were family. And ever since 2005, they have this tradition where the Matthews spend the holidays with the Dooleys. Claire and Tasha even organized brunch every Sunday with their kids, followed by a movie or trip to the amusement park or the beach, etc.

The Matthews were at Tasha and Donald's wedding. Claire was her maid of honor; Maddison was her bridesmaid and Leo was the best man. It was a small wedding only families and a few friends were there.

Maddison had developed a telepathic power after the spaceship's explosion. She could read someone's entire mind. She read minds every time she meets someone to make sure they were not Krees in disguise. The Krees had the technology to impersonate someone else, so Maddison always read minds when she met strangers to make sure no one was following her and her mother.

She had discovered that Donald Davenport has three hidden children who were biologically the children of his brother who died. They are bionic humans. He rescued them from his evil brother who wanted to use them for evil purposes. Donald's brother Douglas had genetically engineered them. They each have a set of bionics abilities.

The four had driven to the new Dooleys' house. It was on top of a hill, only superrich people leaved there. The car passed a beautiful really high metal black fence. Tasha and Claire parked at the end of the long drive way. The house was huge; windows of the size of the walls were all around the mansion, yard bigger than necessary, gigantic pool.

- "Dee, look at the pool!" Leo elbowed Maddison. She turned her head towards the widened eyes of her best friend.

- "It's huge!" She exclaimed.

Donald excitedly opened the door and rushed to his wife. Their smiles could probably reach their ears. He quickly cupped her face and gave her a gentle kiss, before; he carried Tasha in bridal style. He opened the door of the mansion.

- "Welcome to your new home, Mrs. Davenport!" Mr. Davenport said while turning around with Tasha in his arms.

- "Why, thank you, Mr. Davenport." Tasha responded.

- "Absolutely, Mrs. Davenport." He kissed her with passion. Claire, Leo and Maddison entered into the house with the baggage.

- "We get it. You got married." Leo interrupted their cute but passionate kiss. "It's getting old." Leo complained. The adults laughed while Donald delicately put Tasha down.

- "Leo, stop it." Maddison elbowed him. "They're cute."

- "Thank you, Maddison." Donald playfully smirked at Leo.

Everyone put the bags on the ground when they looked up at the house.

The living was giving view on the dining table and the open kitchen. On the left, stairs led upstairs and little further, expensive electric guitars were on exposition behind a desk. Three televisions could be seen: one in front of the couch, one above the dining table and one above the guitars. In front of the kids and the adults, three long hallways led to the rest of the floor.
