The next week, everyone was decorating the mansion while Adam was baking Christmas biscuits.

- "Donald, I just noticed the holiday card we mailed out. What happened to the family portrait we took to celebrate our first Christmas together?" Tasha asked.

- "Oh, I shredded those. These are way more festive." Donald replied as he held up a greeting card of Santa and reindeer with his face on them.

- "Who wants a Christmas cookie?" The tall guy asked.

- "Adam, those aren't even cooked." Leo said.

- "Oh, no problem." The eldest sibling activated his laser eyes and burned the cookies. "Careful, they may be hot." He showed the flaming cookies. Maddie used her freeze breath to extinguish the flames. "Thank you, little lady."

- "You're welcome." The alien girl replied. "How about I help you re-do cookies? But this time you use the oven?"

- "Let's do this!" Adam clapped his hands, excited.

- "Okay, who covered the entire house in blinking lights?" Bree asked as she walked in. "People already think we're weird, we don't need to shine a light on it."

- "No, I did that. I want to make sure Santa Claus comes to our house first." The tall guy explained.

- "That's sweet." The Matthews girl smiled. "I have a question though, where is Chase?"

- "No idea." The short boy shrugged.

- "Adam, we all love Christmas, but I think you're going a little overboard." The bionic girl said. Chase banged on the door and then entered, tied in blinking lights. "That, however, is spot on." She laughed.

- "Hey! Get back up on the roof! You're ruining my display!" The eldest sibling yelled

- "Hey! Get back up on the roof! You're ruining my display!" The eldest sibling yelled.

- "You were lucky a raccoon chewed me free!" The genius boy shouted.

- "I know this is the part where I'm supposed to kick Adam's ass, but this is hilarious." Maddie pointed at the youngest Davenport as she laughed.

- "Seriously, Mads?" The green hazel-eyed boy glared at her.

- "What?" The alien girl walked up to him. "You look cute like that." She whispered as she pressed her lips together to stop herself from laughing.

Chase blushed brightly.

- "Good job stopping me from being annoyed." He chuckled.

- "I know how you work." The Matthews girl whispered his ear, before walking back to Adam to help him with the cookies.

Yes, you do. The genius boy smiled as his cheeks reddened.

An alarm blared on everyone's phones.
