A week after Leo's fifteenth birthday, the three brothers were at school, on the circular bench with their best friend.

- "Hey, did you guys know we had a study abroad program?" Bree asked.

- "Why would I go to another country to do something I don't do here?" Adam questioned.

Exactly. Chase thought.

- "That's fair." Maddie nodded.

- "Look, it says you get to spend a whole semester at a high school in Australia." The bionic girl explained. "And guess what? I applied."

- "Cool! Kelly Porter went last year. She got sucker punched by a kangaroo." Leo replied.

- "Well, all right, I guess we're going to Australia." The tall guy smiled.

- "I'm sure that's not what she meant." The alien girl said.

- "Uh, no, no, no. No way. M's right, this is my thing." The Davenport girl replied. "I mean, I can finally be on my own. I can study, travel, make new friends that will never replace M..."

- "Mmm, I hate to be a wet blanket..." The genius boy started.

- "No, you don't." The short boy shook his head.

The Matthews girl snickered.

- "But Dad is never gonna let you do this." The green hazel-eyed boy continued. "You can't go on missions if you're halfway across the world."

- "Well, sure I can. I mean, I haven't figured out all the details yet, but there's gotta be a way to make it work." Bree said.

- "You can super speed when needed, or I could teleport you." Maddie suggested.

- "Yes! Thank you!" The bionic girl, excitedly, side-hugged her best friend.

- "Not unless these two can unlock a new ability to make up for you not being here." The middle brother pointed at the bionic brothers. "And Maddie doesn't need any of you."

- "True. She's just like teamwork, otherwise, she could be on her own." The mission leader explained.

- "Maybe, but we'll never find out." The blue-eyed girl answered.

- "Ooh! Well, maybe I can unlock an ability where I disappear and reappear somewhere else. Let me try." The eldest said.

- "It's called teleportation or geo-leaping." The alien girl replied.

Adam closed his eyes, bent his knees and grunted.

- "Did it work?" He asked.

- "You didn't do it long enough. Try it again, this time, more grunting." Chase smiled. The tall guy closed his eyes and started grunting with his knees bent again. The genius boy beckoned the others, and they walked around to the other side of the eldest, who opened his eyes. "You did it!"

- "Yeah!" The middle siblings, simultaneously, exclaimed.

- "Congrats!" The Matthews girl yelled.

Adam smiled and high-fived the four youngest.

Two days later, the older bionic siblings were watching a movie on the couch as they ate popcorn, while Chase was teaching his best friend new songs on his guitar, on the stairs behind the dining table.
