Over six weeks later, the quintet was in the hydraloop to go to the academy, which was finally built and ready for the opening the next day.

- "Welcome to the Davenport Bionic Academy." Donald smiled as the doors of the hydraloop opened.

The team walkout out of the hydraloop.

- "Whoa, cool!" Bree exclaimed.

- "Ooh, a window!" Adam yelled and walked towards the window.

- "Wow, the hydraloop is amazing!" Chase exclaimed, excited. "We just went from the mainland to the middle of the ocean in less than 30 seconds!"

- "Yep, and my lunch just went from my stomach to the floor in less than three." Leo replied.

Maddie frowned as she patted his back, in comfort.

- "So, what do you think?" The father asked.

- "Beautiful view, tons of space." The bionic girl smiled. "I'm assuming we'll be living in the basement again?"

Definitely. The genius boy thought.

- "No. Here, we call it 'below sea level'." The scientist replied. "By the way, the hydraloop will take you anywhere you want to go on the island at any time. This is one of the main classroom areas and here." They walked through a door.

The green hazel-eyed boy gestured to his best friend to go before him.

- "Thank you." The alien girl smiled and walked towards the room.

- "Is the training area where we'll develop the kid's skills and teach them to become bionic heroes." Donald smiled.

- "If you couldn't teach Chase how to be one, what chance do they have?" The tall guy wrapped his arm around his youngest brother's shoulders.

The Matthews girl smacked his stomach.

The eldest teenager groaned, in pain.

- "Guys, this is serious. You have important roles as mentors." The father said.

- "Don't worry, Big D. We got this. Now, what exactly will I be teaching?" The shorter boy asked.

Nothing. Chase thought.

- "Nothing. You're a student." The scientist replied.

- "A what? But you gave me a mission suit. You said I was part of the team!" The middle brother exclaimed.

- "Mm, yeah, he says a lot of things. By the way, still waiting on that sweet sixteen party." The Davenport girl said, before walking away with her youngest brother.

- "Leo, you are a part of the team, but you've only had your bionic arm for nine months. You still have a lot more to learn." Donald explained.

- "Well, that's the last time I save your life." Leo replied. "Come on, Dad, I am ready! Adam, tell him."

- "Leo, were you not listening? I'm a teacher now. It's Mr. Adam for you." Adam said.

- "Dee, tell him." The shorter boy turned to his best friend.

- "I can't. He's right. You still have a lot to learn, and it's totally normal." Maddie put her hand on his shoulder. "You really think, we mastered our powers in less than a year?" She asked. "May I remind you how you discovered my powers."

Leo stayed silent, knowing that she was right.

- "Leo, you should be happy, you're one of Maddison's students." The father said.
