"Can I give you all your cards?" I asked just as we finished eating.
Everyone looked at each other and then smiled back at me.
I got up from my seat and ran to my bag that was in Chans room, and as I returned, the table was cleared and everyone was away in the living room.
I walked in and they had brought the gifts for me through as well.
"Aw guys, are these really all for me?" I gushed, and Chan got up and took my hand, pulling me to sit on the floor with him, in between his legs.
"You don't need to open them right now, but it felt right giving you all something like this. I am so grateful for you all. For everything." I spoke sincerely, handing each of the members a card.
I hand made them and wrote a personal message in each of them.
For obvious reasons, some had more written than others, but it was very much just a token to express my gratitude. They welcomed me in their lives and have just been incredible.
Changbin and Hyunjin opened theirs, and both looked up at me with teary eyes after reading.
"Oh, god. Don't. You'll make me cry." I urged them, and they giggled as they wiped their eyes.
"Now for your gifts!" Felix suddenly spoke, and handed me a large box.
"Traditionally, you wouldn't get gifts.. But we are easily swayed by Western traditions these days.." Lix explained with a wink, and I just giggled to myself.
"What's this?.." I peaked, and as I saw what was in it, my jaw fell to the floor.
A huge array of Korean skincare and beauty tools.
"No way!" I gasped, pulling out box after box of serums, treatments, cleansers, exfoliators.. the lot.
"Hyunjin kept tabs on your skin type, and the skincare that you used while you stayed here. Everything else was just kind of a guess, but we covered all bases." He proudly beamed.
There must be hundreds of pounds worth of skincare here.
Chan then handed me a rectangular wrapped item, and I carefully ripped open the packaging to reveal a collage photo frame.
Photos from our first date, our selfies backstage from when I first met them all, our night out, me and Hans trip to Jeju and a group pic of our Hyunbinsung bowling date.
I studied it carefully, noting the genuine smiles over everyone's faces. I am so glad I have had a photo with everyone at some point. It wouldn't have been right missing anyone.
As I looked up at Chan with tears in my eyes, he was matching.
"This is amazing." I blubbered, and Lee Know tapped me with his foot, playfully hinting at me to pull it together.
