𝐒𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐝. (Ashlo)

A/N: Ashlo = Platonic Ashlyn and Logan :)

𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙧𝙙 𝙋𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣 𝙋𝙊𝙑:

If you were to tell Logan and Ashlyn that they were long lost siblings, they'd most likely agree with you. I mean yes, they aren't in any way related and have been friends for a little over a year, but their bond is unlike any other.

They had a lot in common and considered each other siblings, they'd go to the ends of the earth for one another, no questioning that. Ashlyn viewed Logan as a little brother in a way, she felt a sense of protection of him. Logan viewed Ashlyn as an older sister and always went to her when things got rough, or even just to hang out.

They were probably the closest out of the entire friend group. In the phantom dimension, they had each other's backs. Ashlyn was always there when Logan needed her, and Logan was always there when Ashlyn needed him. Even if he wasn't physically strong, he had other strengths that gave him an advantage.

The two of them shared common interests, they both enjoyed quiet places and reading. They often spent time together reading in the school library, sharing facts about their chosen books and creating theories. It was one of their favorite activities.

Ashlyn often protected Logan from Barron, a jerk who was always picking on Logan and forcing him to do his school work. Ashlyn and the rest of their group had gotten tired of this behavior, and put a stop to Barron's intentions.

Logan often went over to Ashlyn's house, her parents were fond of the boy and even treated him like he was their own son, Logan appreciated the affection. He hadn't received parental love at all, so it felt nice to get it from the parents of his sister figure. Ashlyn and Logan often competed in DDR rounds whenever he came over, which usually resulted in Ashlyn as the victor.

"How are you so good at this game?" Logan asked with a small laugh, grabbing his water bottle. "Well.. I am in ballet, Lo." Ashlyn stated, being a dancer had advantages, such as being an absolute god at DDR.

Sometimes Ashlyn would lose the games on purpose, giving Logan a taste of victory. Of course he was aware of these attempts but he didn't mind, it was appreciated.

The rest of their friends always called them the 'sibling duo', rightfully so. You'd think they were biological siblings with how close they were and how strong their bond was. Ashlyn was always there to listen whenever Logan ranted about Tyler, she'd do her best to encourage him. She wasn't the best at it of course but Logan appreciated her efforts, he was glad he had someone who willingly listened to him.

Ashlyn rarely ever ranted about Aiden, the boy mostly annoyed the hell out of her. Every now and then she would though, and Logan would listen to all of it. He was one of the first people to notice a change in Ashlyn since the day they first met, she wasn't as closed off as she used to be. He was proud of her progress and always made sure to let her know about that fact.

Ashlyn trusted him enough to practice ballet around him, he'd always compliment her skill and talent, going on about how lucky he was to have a sister figure who was extremely talented. This always got a smile from Ashlyn, she'd make sure to remind him that he was pretty talented too, in his own ways.

Logan never thought he was good enough for anything, he believed he had no talents or skills. After meeting Ashlyn and the group though, that changed. They always complimented his skill with arsenal weapons. He felt more confident in himself when he was around them. Ashlyn always told him he was worth being loved by other people, that he deserved it.

Sure it took some convincing, but Ashlyn wouldn't give up until he believed that he was worthy of love from others. She was determined to make him see that he was more than he believed he was.

She was always there to remind him of his worth when he felt like he was a nobody.

Logan had the best sister ever.

Ashlyn had the best brother ever.

A/N: This one is kinda short, it was harder than I anticipated to write about their sibling bond, forgive me 😭

I'll be writing a few more oneshots though to make up for it!
