Anyways to the story!

𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙧𝙙 𝙋𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣 𝙋𝙊𝙑:

Aiden was so excited for today because of numerous reasons. He was mainly excited to be around the girl he loved most, even if she acted like she disliked him, the boy knew it was an act. The previous day, they made plans to go on a late night drive, just to spend time together alone.

Currently, Aiden was getting ready in his room, his cousin Ben was helping him decide on an outfit. This wasn't a fancy event so Aiden didn't want to dress up too much but he still wanted to look good for Ashlyn. Ben took a hoodie out of Aiden's closet, it was black with a smiling face in the front.

Perfect.

Aiden rummaged through his drawers and found a pair of khaki pants, they were grey in color and baggy enough for Aiden's liking. He smiled brightly, this outfit was amazing. "Thanks for your help Benny!" The blonde exclaimed, his cousin gave a thumbs up and left the room so Aiden could change.

Around 5 minutes later, the boy was finished getting dressed. He spent a few more minutes fixing up his hair, Aiden was determined to look his best for Ashlyn. A sudden knock on the door caught his attention, his younger cousin Lily entered the room. "Hey Lil!" Aiden greeted, his cousin excitedly waved at him, "hi!!" she exclaimed.

Aiden sat on his bed and gestured for his cousin to sit next to him. Lily happily climbed onto the bed and made herself comfortable, "what do ya need?" the blonde boy questioned. "Are you going out with Ashy?" the younger girl asked, she had grown fond of the redhead girl. Aiden smiled at the mention of her name, "yeah I am, we're going for a drive." he explained.

"Fun! Be safe okay?" Lily wrapped her arms around her cousin, hugging him tightly. Aiden laughed a bit and hugged her back, "we will, don't worry Lil." he assured. His younger cousin got up and left the room, waving to Aiden before she exited.

Ashlyn was busy looking for an outfit while on the phone with Taylor. "Do you know what you're gonna wear?" Taylor asked, Ashlyn sighed. "No.. not yet, I don't have any clothes good enough for going out."

"This is why you should go shopping with me." Taylor stated, the redhead girl scoffed, "you know I hate the mall." A groan could be heard from the phone, "but it's fun! And a great opportunity to get new clothes for occasions like this." Ashlyn had to admit that was a good reason to go to the mall, but it wasn't enough to convince her to go anyway. "Yeah.. not a chance Tay."

Ashlyn finally found a decent outfit, that being a tank top with one of Aiden's hoodies over it. The boy had a habit of leaving his hoodies there whenever he visited, Ashlyn never understood why. Does he just happen to forget them every time? "You've been quiet for like 5 minutes, did you finally find something?" Taylor's voice snapped Ashlyn out of her thoughts. "Huh? Oh, yeah I did." Ashlyn replied.

"What are you lovebirds even doing tonight anyway?" Tyler asked, based on the background noise, Ashlyn assumed Taylor was trying to get him away from her phone. "First off, don't call us that. Second, we're just going for a drive." The girl explained, Tyler scoffed. "Boring."

"Go talk to Logan or something idiot." Ashlyn said, the other side of the phone fell silent which caused a smug smile to appear on her face, "got you." she said. "Whatever." Tyler scowled, he could be heard getting up, then Taylor's voice could be heard again. "Sorry about him". she said, apologizing for her annoying brother.
