Kozakura is infatuated with Enmu. She's extremely sadistic towards him because she doesn't exactly know how to show her love for him any other way. She'll threaten him, talk down to him, treat him as less than, but can never really find it in herself to cause Enmu actual injury, even if he's ok with it. But once in a blue moon she'll be very tender and sweet to remind him that she genuinely loves him. She shows her love with slight physical affection.

Usually, Kozakura wears a white kimono with light red blossoms on it, the kimono is short and has the skirt ruffled with sleeves that go past her hands, a black obi, an orange thigh-high sock on her right leg, while her entire left leg is bandaged, zori with black straps, a gold necklace, and bandages around her hands up to her knuckles.
As a human, she wore a standard red kimono with a white obi belt and zori with white straps.

During the Mugen train arc, Kozakura came along with Enmu on the train. When he put everyone to sleep, Kozakura created a clone of herself with her blood demon art and put the clone in the train car before the first car so she could protect Enmu. So when Tanjiro showed up, she decided to fight him. She used her blood demon art to attack him from all sides with clones and confuse him. But eventually he was able to finally cut her head off.
Once Kozakura had her head cut off, Tanjiro gave her the same sad look he seems to give many demons. She slowly moved her body toward him and fell to her knees, gripping his Haori. She began to sob as her body and head very slowly burned away. "Please... Please don't kill him! Don't kill Enmu! I'm begging you! P-Please!" She begged. Sobbing uncontrollably, Tanjiro apologized and said that he had too. "Why? Why?!" She screamed. Tanjiro explained that he had to protect the people on the train and that he couldn't just let Enmu kill innocent people. Kozakura gripped tighter to Tanjiro's Haori. "B-But I love him... He can't die... He can't... He promised... I won't let you hurt him...!" she cried, still burning away. Tanjiro put his hand on Kozakura's body's shoulder in a kind of side hug. He apologized while Kozakura continued to cry, "This touch... It's like his... It's gentle..." she thought. "Thank you...For playing with me..." She said before she evaporated into nothing.
Blood Demon Art, Mischievous Blood:
Kozakura's blood demon art is called "Mischievous Blood", how it works is that Kozakura can create illusions and clones of herself form her blood. So, if she cuts herself and lets her blood drip down onto the ground that blood will turn into your greatest fear, or, if she wills, a clone of herself. The clones can attack you, but, if you cut them they'll dissapear. Same thing with your fear, if you slash a blade across it it will disappear.
