Background:
September's mother is a witch, she owns a flower shop, her father is a muggle. He is an ex teacher and he's entirely oblivious to the fact that his wife and daughter are magical. September's mom dropped out of Hogwarts when she was 15 because she kept getting in trouble. So instead she attended a normal school and college for many years and learned magic on her own. She eventually had September and immediately decided to send her to Hogwarts as soon as she turned eleven.
Wand:
September's wand is made of rosewood and dragon heartstring, it has a dark maroon handle and the rod fades from dark red to a dull salmon color. There are leaves, flower buds and vines carved into the handle.
